    if that gets implemented, then there would be a need for punch bags that a/d trainers could use with a limit of hits/hour or reduced exp a lot

    I saw Kaldoon yesterday in Portland storage; he ran in, took a small package, and ran out. But something about him was not right - he was all pale, and his forehead was sweaty. "What was that all about?" I though. Maybe it has some connection with those rumors about bandits?

    It doesnt become more alive by people leaving. One thing that I don't get is, why people whine about how little players there are, and do nothing? They even leave themselves to make that number lesser.

    Syni, where do you expect to see this whole PKing when the ebul PKers like you leave? there are tons of people like you with the same hopes. Get them all back together on the server, and you'll have both the activity and the PKing.

    Bots can be put on main server for free (with radu's approval) as long as they don't spam channels and local chats, don't trade and serve the community. in this case, the PK server's

    I'm here, and I'll stay. Reasons? oh my, many. being able to supply yourself with iron/silver/whatever while fighting (using alt) is great, tho my comp lags which I can stand. Being able to train as much as you want because the spawn are free. Being attacked by someone in a map and fighting for your life. Finding a rare stone and rushing to sto fearing of being attacked, etc etc etc. @ liquid: you (or your brother, wtv) claim you're the strongest on this server. Why can't you help other people train then? Why don't you supply new players with HEs and SRS and training gear? Why don't you try to get that NMT cape (you can sell everything else) or take a perk? Why don't you supply others with books or dragon scales? PK server, as well as main, needs fighters to be suppliers for manufacturers, potioners, etc. Be one. I'm getting there, and once I do, you're gonna have to come back and claim your "I'm teh strngest d00d" title back. Peace.

  13. Something that would prevent tools from braking at the current rate would be nice. I don't believe harvesters would use this kind of cape - personally, I don't give a damn how many pickaxes I break as long as I harvest at 2x speed. Something that was on my mind all the time - why does Day Of More Grief affect tools (increased chance to break/degrade), while Day Of No Grief doesn't? Sounds kind of illogical. Of course, there would be more ppl saving up ings and mixing mercury/vials/arrowheads just at that day, but more doesn't mean all. As well as that, less of those tools might become being made, less EFEs used on them, and more left for the crying manuers, might even drop the EFE price a little. (I'm not an economist, so my speculations might be wrong, but still Day Of No Grief and Day of More Grief should be 100% opposite, not the way it is now. This goes to all special days that have an anti-day)

    Why don't you comment on the stables thingy? I know there are stables all over C1 and C2 already, like the ones in DP where ants like to go very often, why not use them and implement this? I am all for it.
  15. Potions of Defence and Attack Reduce

    Yes, because harvesting a dragon takes 10 hours, right? i'm talking about the people that can't kill a dragon... They harvest silver or coal or make fe or what ever. Don't whine about how long it takes to make gcs if you don't know any other ways but harvesting.

If the coordinates were removed, hyperbag users would not feel any disadvantage - simply put the bag in a location you can easily remember, say, on a corner, near this flower/tree, or three steps south from the door etc etc. However, alt+compass click idea seems pretty cool too, and very very helpful. I prefer removing coordinates tho.

  18. Removing TS effect

    The potionists would not feel a thing if TS pots will become unused. They're a very good leveling item, I personally have mixed a ton of them, and still have ings for over 15k in storage. However, I sold only a few hundred to other players, 90% goes to NPC. Sure, you can get a bit more gcs from players, but you'll be standing at a marketstall for a year before you sell 15k TS pots. okay, this is a bit off topic, but...you really believe it's 80%?! I've never sold TS pots to NPC personally so I'm actually curious about this. I believe it's more than 80%....
  19. Question: do summons disappear if the summoner is killed? Suggestions: If they don't, it would probably be fair if they did (as if they don't know who controls them anymore so they disappear back to the Unknown). Another suggestion might be to make it impossible to summon more than 5-10 summons at the same time by one person. This would probably change little, since when you fight, you kill most of the summons, and the summoner can always add more. As well as that, the same effect that Ateh is talking about can be easily achieved by 3-4 summoners (and then it's their problem to decide who's fault was it that their victim had a rosto). Anyway, if you're able to stand againts 10 or so bears, you can just attack the summoner, who, at that moment, can not summon any more. I hope you get my point.
  20. One player harvests a ton of stuff while the other mules in mule shape - fast way to get all of your harvested stuff to sto, isn't it? How is that not effective?
  21. Serping spawns

    You get paid when you fix someone's computer, no? Likewise, radu should at least get some tokens out of the game for "fixing" the spawns for those chim trainers. Personally, I don't care. Not like I'm gonna reach the levels to train on them anyway. But spawn serping has become a real bullshit lately. I remember a guy who just sat in a triple ogre spawn (other guy was training at that moment) and asked everyone who came in to leave because it was two-people spawn only The point is, sharing a spawn is very difficult for the majority of people.
  22. What makes Eternal Lands unique?

    The thing that caught my attention the first time I saw EL was probably the graphics. I admit, they're not the greatest, but that's exactly the point. Other popular games use lots of special effects, while EL doesn't, thus making it possible to run the game on older computers (unless you're Mango and and you're running three clients at the same time ). + all other things mentioned before
  23. Non fighting creature

    I like the idea. As well as that, I'd like to see chicken, cows and dogs in game that would be unattackable. But most of these suggestions have been rejected.
  24. Apprenticeships

    Apprenticeships are guild's OR some team's business. For instance, I was once in a guild that had a ranking system for each skill - the Master Potionist of the guild would give lower level item ingredients for lower level potionists, so that they could get their skill levels etc.
