how about some things can only be used on different items, Add ogre skin into leather armour when constructing it to create something the same defence as Titanium chainmail but has some drawbacks, its also unbreakable (cant think of drawback) you can add it to any leather item to get an effect that is almost the same (imagine, an ogre skin glove, amazing mele damage ^_^)
