Although I disagree with this idea, how about Ring of Decay? Or rather Ring of Nullify for not destroying, yet disabling items. Replace ring with suitable type of item it would eventually be.

I get it with items like NMT or rostogol stones, whatever rare they may be, they are still available through monster drops. But destroying thermal, which is only available for 90$, then some bastard get lucky on chance and blows it with some cheap trinket? That evil, really. Even if this involves only PKers and I am not among them, I don't like it. Voted no.

EFE in titanium longs has been discussed many times, still I haven't seen any changes in there, imo it's a minor game issue, nothing crucial, but still, i would replace EFE for per say 50 FE? But this is getting little offtopic. Recycling skill is an interesting idea, however, it can be "exploited" in repeatedly constructing and deconstructing things for xp, at less cost than creating new items.

It's good that EL is open and free if you ask me. I am not bound by any limitations of my character, I can do, what I please to do. Some guilds are only gatherings with private channels indeed, but if they like it that way, why force them? If you want to make people do something, try to make a contest of some kind.

Interesting yet too complicated idea. It would change the entire system of the game as it is now. And sorry, but I like my way of non-combatant, so forcing people to fight and be a part of some guild is very narrowminded.

Blind bookworm: reading time is halved, but you have -10 A/D penalty due to poor sight from reading Cursed clumsy: when you fight, you and your opponent have triple the chance of breaking something (nasty )
