All I can really add to this is that Bazzy is hosted by Labrat and I am pretty certain that, being the geek he is, the code is stable. Bazzys log shows a sucessful trade, he doesnt even carry 44 mil gcs (gods I wish he did though ), we have never had any problems with Bazzy or his code and im sure none of Labrats other bots have had this problem either. When I got the pm that the money was not paid, I immediatly checked logs. When they confirmed a successful trade I pmed Labrat to investigate the matter, it was 3.30am though so the poor bloke was probably asleep. I hope this bug can be preproduced, if bazzys logs are needed in anyway please pm me in game. WolfWitch

I agree with St, I would like to see FULL logs they are always handy in cases like this. I have always known Snos to be polite, helpful and always there for an ally in need. I fail to see how training summoning has caused such accusations. People train summoning in votd all the time, I don't see the area in question as highly populated so where is the problem. If you think someone is summoning in the wrong area, alert the mods with #abuse, but be sure of your facts and don't waste thier time. And as for "[19:07:43] [PM from Snosrap: dont just stand there...train]" well this is just my take on it but I would interpret that as meaning "I am not here for wolves so carry on I am not trying to get in your way" or "I do not object if you attack my puma if you wish too" but I don't see it as "Go ahead and try a puma you are strong enough". New name....hmmmmm Achmed Died (though I can see this getting the politically incorrect comments ) Description: Achmed Suffered from Premature detination and to mourn his loss there will be no fighting today. You cannot attack Players and monsters cannot attack you - Achmed may have left more bombs before he died though I can kind of see both sides to this argument, in one way its like breaking a cease-fire. However it is also a smart way round not being able to fight (if blowing anything up is every really very smart.....oh wait we in a virtual world not a real one ). I died from 2 small blasts near me, however as soon as I entered the cave and ally and a friend pmed me to take my col back to store because of bombs. I lost 3 picks.....OMG !! It was fun to pretend to be all upset in Ig, *sobs and wails....you KILLED ME* *<insert GM name here>,...<insert players name here> KILLED Me...OMG* It is a novelty to people to be able to kill others with mines, but all in all, considering the cost of mines, I don't think it is something that will be done a lot....maybe for the next few peace days and then another trend will take over when people stop mining in thier good gear. im not sure what part of england you are from but "bloody hell" and "what the fuck are you looking at?" are as big a part of our culture as a cup of tea. football matches are full of swearing and a notable proportion of people attend them, we also have some of the laxest rules on swearing on tv, something a lot of shows use to its full extent. I did say MOST I am a Manchester Gal so "bloody hell" is a little tame for me . Head into some of the older villages/towns and honestly I have had people tell me off for daying Damn! And my culture never really involved a cup of tea either "what the fuck are you looking at?" ohhhh the Memories of walking through Liverpool . Oh and honestly Bloody Hell is NOT swearing....I had this debate with my Grandma recently. Wolfy

I have to be honest, I have found this thread pretty funny There are a few things that I want to point out though.... Personally the majority of swearing does not bother me at all (though some recent words here are BAD ), I swear with the best of them. However as a parent I also know the concerns it raises, I remember clearly the first time my daughter swore...she dropped something on the floor and responded with "oh SHIT", I was mortified and I knew it was MY fault. A few weeks ago she saw someone on TV picking on another child and stated "what a Bitch!", I have no-one to blame but myself and I addressed it. Now if I even say shit in front of her I get a slapped hand and told "Thats a naughty word". Yes swearing to excess is bad, as a parent I don't like it, BUT it is MY responsibilty to make sure my daughter knows whats right and wrong, its not the responsibility of the people swearing. One thing that people here seem to have forgotten is the cultural issue, in America its not frowned upon to swear, in England we are more reserved (ok MOST people are ), and in some cultures searing is not tolerated at all. To me it would depend on the context the word was being used in. If someone simply stated "guess WTF I saw on the way over here" that is a totally different thing than responding to a comment or action of an individual with "are you fucking kidding me?", one is general, the other is aimed at an individual and therefor could be seen as offensive. Do I want people to stop swearing, hell no!!!! But maybe instead of stating that someone CHOOSES to be offended by swearing we could keep in mind that it could be a case of a cultural clash and we all (including those offended) need to keep in mind that EL is multi-cultural and these issues will arise. Personally I have been offended by people swearing AT me, but I talk to the individual concerned at the time it happens, saves hours and hours of forum posts, as funny as some of them are I have also had people tell me that they are offended at some of the jokes I make, I usually bear that in mind when talking to the individual one on one but on a channel I say what I feel like saying and if they don't like it they can close channel off or ignore me for a while. It is possible to be mindful of others feelings/tastes AND stay true to who you are. As a last comment, WTF is all this fuss over a few swear words? Ok, if Ent was in your PM and swearing at you then by all means ask him to stop, but for a few words amoung millions? Errm....why BUY a character in the first place? Surely the whole point of the game is to make a character and level it yourself? Maybe I am missing something...But Stormie (real life friend) and I have already decided that if EL is still running in 50 years time, someone sure as hell better bring us our laptops on our death beds so we can type in the kill me command, no one else will ever play our characters. Seriously though, when you chose to play a game then to me buying a character is cheating, start off the same as everyone else and earn what experience and items you need. The game is about fun and most of that fun comes from leveling. Let the flames begin Wolfy

Personally I manu because I like it. I make my own wolf/hydro bars so if anything all I have to buy is serp/bindings....I make a profit and get a huge amount of exp in the process. Yes it takes longer to get the levels, but I am leveling alch at the same time so no big. I don't exclusively manu, so maybe you will think this point irrelevant, but I think being multi skilled is the best way to make money in game. No I am NOT rich, but I can afford to do the things in game I enjoy so I am happy Wolfy
