  3. They could be made useful against some types of armors (like bronze or dragon armor).

It would a nice model of paper-scissors-rock scheme. Some weapons have bonuses against one type of armor whilst having penalties against another type of armor.

We would need three types of weapons (slashing (swords), crushing (halberd, axes), blunt/piercing (hammers, maces, spear, even rapier) and three types of armors as well.

I like this idea, would make a lot more weapons useful.

  4. OK, I too play other games. I have played Everquest 2 for many years, played a fair bit of WoW, and Star Wars Galaxies. If you are buying something in any of these games for the purpose of re-sale, you buy them at the lowest price you can, if you know that if you put them in your store (in the case of SWG and EQ2 at least) you can make more money from it, either due to people knowing you supply goods of this sort regularly, or by the fact you advertise said fact. It's basic economics.

  5. The purpose of the bots are to make their owners a PROFIT. If you want to make maximum profit for yourself then sell on the market channel.

There is nothing underhand in what they are doing, it's basic business. If I buy an apple off you for 5 pence, and then sell it on for 5 pence, what exactly would the point be in it for me? No, I'll sell it for 7 pence, so I can buy another apple off you, and keep 2 pence for myself, otherwise it would be a pointless exercise.
