Number 1 is so tragic and funny. Only just catching up on this thread!

When I have been playing a game for a long time, I usually at least dream about playing it. Sometimes when I've closed my eyes I have seen images of the game as seeing it a lot imprints it in your mind. I hope you was joking about sending us to the psycho (yes, it's spelt with an s) ward. Lu Jizzy, how did you remember that dream so well? I forget details of my dreams so fast! The second dream sounds a bit like Alice in Wonderland's trial scene. I love your dreams so thanks for sharing them with us.

Her name was Grandnight and I did mention her pages ago. She was a very kind and generous GM. Funny how both my GMs have been mentioned in consecutive posts! They both made me GM of their guilds!!

I have read 176, just found the command. Reading Wolf Molding atm and have 2 others in stor to read after. I like reading books long before the knowledge is useful to me! Anna, I'll ask Sikik to do #knowledge and see if he'll post the result on here. I bet he's working through the tailoring ones at least. I reckon between us in RICH we've probably read almost all the books.

I got this error message when I had saved the install file to my portable drive then tried to run it. "Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed." I unchecked Archive for the file properties but that didn't help. Should I try to run the program instead of saving it if it will let me still install to that drive? The drive is a Generic USB Flashdrive if that information helps. I've never heard of a thumb drive, is that an American term?

I might try this to see if it will work on my boyf's laptop. I think it's the same laptop I tried EL on before tho and it always crashed after I tried to create a new character or tried to log in as me. I'm not sure if we're allowed to use our character on another IP, I think banned IP's could use this as a work-around?

"One" is my favourite U2 song. I haven't seen anyone mention this yet in reference to that new perk. I'm looking up some of the other perks, they sound like they could be references. I have found this in relation to careful guy, it might just be coincidence. "Careful" is a 1992 Canadian drama film directed by "Guy" Maddin. A Hellspawn is a fictional creature from the popular comic book Spawn. And there are places called Portland all over the world if you type it into Wikipedia. I want to know if careful guy and fatal man are really references to anything. All fatal man sounds like is something a hippy might say! I love hearing about references in computer games, it makes the games more interesting.

I've been running on Pre-RC 2 for several days now and it loads up quicker than the current official version and I haven't found any problems. The game slows down sometimes but it hasn't crashed and runs fine if I only have the game window showing on my desktop. I can run the sky and effects without getting any lags and only occasional resyncs. It runs fine for my purposes as I don't usually go into maps with a lot of animations. Thanks Ent and everyone else who's made this version. If you make an NDD invasion soon I'll take part.

When I finish college I'm going to find a job to get paid to play with toys with 0-5 year olds

If there was an NPC to buy clothes and hats, the tailors could sell coloured fabrics to people who can make the finished products as some of those might not want to make dyes and fabrics themselves as it can be time-consuming. I think this would be a good solution if enough people are going to make clothes and hats.

I prefer the quest idea, but people learn in different ways. I learn things by doing, others learn by reading about them.

I'd love to see the building artwork changed. It would be good to have more varied looks for the buildings but it would depend I suppose if it would fit with the time the game is set in. I love balconies but I suppose that would be too modern for game houses? How about some apple trees dotted around? (Maybe to replace fruit on the ground?)

I once found a reasoning removal stone and I think it was in some flowers in PL. Recently I found a vitality removal stone in the silver in north MM cave while AFK mining. I don't know what to do with it.

Works fine for me including the sky, rain and mini-map. I haven't seen any weird graphical glitches. I am only playing as I normally do so I'm not testing zooming levels much as I don't normally. The water looks fine to me.

RICH mostly avoid PK areas as we aren't a PK guild, members enter PK at their own risk as we don't endorse it as a guild.

Working for me so far but I haven't spent enough time testing Sky 5 yet. Will keep using it from now on and report any problems.

What mostly keeps me playing is that I have ambitions to get or make things in the game that I am enjoying working towards but they aren't such easy things as they are expensive or it will take a lot of levelling to make them. Also the constant updates keeps it interesting for me. Community not so much as there are times when I'm so busy with something I don't have time to chat. One of my ambitions is to have a collection of magic (glowy) swords. I have a Therm S2E and am hoping to work towards an Ice sword (maybe a different type). I would rather find, make or buy the ingreds myself as it feels more satisfying.

I'm in the majority groups for all 3 questions, interesting! I hope people aren't lying in this poll, I don't see the point of that. Some people know I've been playing for about 2 years, some I don't see much anymore such as Sistema (still playing?).

I can't give any technical help, but I was wondering, if your picture is just too dark? Mine loads up like that if I have other things running and I have to go into View Options->Adv Video and change the setting for how bright my display is (it may even make it brighter by turning it down). It's the bottom set of numbers you need to change. It seems to affect the rest of windows slightly but then I can see the game better.
