Why did you take expensive armor into the arena? You risk losing anything you take in because of PKers. I would rather pvp with leather because I can replace it if I lose anything. Lu

Gratz. I remember DarkDante from when I was mining Iron and a friend was hauling from my bag (not the best idea I know ) Darkdante and Tristran got control of the bag and wouldn't give it back. Soon after, Darkdante left the guild which is allied with MkvL (I hate bad guys in allied guilds). Lu

It won't work and I've tried several names. I took out < > around names but I've even tried it with those still in. Please tell if there's something else we have to do to make it work. Lu

Thanks, I got matched to someone for PVP and PVPed with him yesterday. It was cut short (I think we PVPed for 5 mins though) by someone else coming into the arena and killing him. But I think me and him will PVP again if we can find a safe arena where someone else won't ruin it. Lu

No warning that monsters were going to be attacking in PL and I left storage and got killed there. I got most of the contents of my DB back (thanks Happy_G) but someone took my MM cloak from the bag. At least with the perk it couldn't get stolen. I prefer it when u forewarn people where the monsters are going to be. I'm not a fan of invasions anyway so I can't say I enjoyed it. Lu

I was going to harvest silver in Vermor Castle and was wearing my excav. cloak. I accidentally clicked on a medium gargoyle and died. I pmed my friend NoFear to save my DB but Vontrupka had beaten him to the bag. NoFear told me that Vontrupka had even put on my excav. cloak! I got to the castle and my db was there and the only thing missing was my cloak. Vontrupka denies taking it of course. Lots of people are very mad at this guy for stealing and lying. I don't see why bagjumping in non-pk maps can't be against the rules. We are letting people practise stealing and lying so they can perfect it for the real world. Also, they ruin the game for others. I only got a new cloak because someone was very kind to sell me one very cheaply. Otherwise I would've used my money to buy a new one. I was only saying that I still don't know who stole the cloak. I don't lie and steal stuff. I hardly know NoFear and the only thing I ever asked him to do was get to my db when I died so that my things would be saved. So that NOTHING would be STOLEN, not so he could pretend something was stolen by someone else. Please don't accuse me of lying about something I wouldn't lie about. I was happy to drop this subject because we will never know who at VC stole my cloak. I can't even believe you are accusing me of such a thing, Spar. Lu

How do you know that for sure? So far there has been only words saying he is a bagjumper. If it was words from a friend I'm sure I can trust 100% I would think that proof enough. The person who told me what he saw could have been mistaken, I'm not calling you a liar. The thing I realise with calling people bagjumpers is that you need proper proof. Since this happened to me and people have been saying he might not have stolen the cloak, I've been trying to keep an open mind in case it was someone else. One thing I learnt is to either risk harvesting where there are monsters or go somewhere safer. I'm put off harvesting in VC again because it seemed easier to misclick there than in MM. Monsters aren't the only danger there, bagjumpers and liars are as well. It doesn't matter anymore though so maybe we can close this post please? Lu05

That was probably the lowest value db I have returned but I was just showing that I will even return low values rather than just keeping them. 124gc is a lot to newer members. If I found greaves and cuisses in a db I would return them (providing someone got in touch after I advertise it or whatever). I would feel very guilty if I kept someone's very expensive armor or ecav. cloak etc. Lu

Ok, Vontrupka or whatever his name is a bad guy, I am a good guy (girl). If I see someone die and noone goes on their DB, I will and I pm them to say I will return the things in their db (and I tell them EVERYTHING in their bag). I even returned 124gc to someone yesterday. Maybe they shouldn't put harvestables in VC if it's a silly place to harvest! I just fancied a change of location for harvesting and I'm usually careful when I'm in monster places. I've been told by my GM that NoFear can be trusted and I trust my GM as he's never given me reason to distrust him. So maybe someone else took the cloak. A very kind friend (ex-MkvL) sold me a new excav cloak for only 500gc. It's very hard in EL to know who can be trusted until you can prove they are lying or telling the truth. Everyone in VC was telling Von to give my cloak back so maybe one of themreally had it? Never mind, I'm just being even more careful where I harvest now. I will continue to return ALL the contents from DBs but I'm not going to look in every bag to see if it's a DB. Lu

I enjoyed the event at the start but as it went on it got a bit dull when almost everyone destroyed monsters too easily. Few criticisms: 1) Had trouble seeing the back of the arena when people were fighting there 2) More a suggestion: Needed a bigger audience area so the audience was more spread out or we could fit more people in (maybe needed audience areas on 3 sides of arena). One of my guildmates couldn't get in to start with cos the audience was full and he couldn't get online for the start of the event to get a seat. I enjoyed seeing the new monsters for the first time - it was entertaining when a whole team were fighting one giant! Thanks for putting all 3 new monsters in the event so some of us could see them for the first time in the game. I enjoyed the part of the event I stayed for. Well done to -dd- for how far you got and sorry I couldn't stay to support you when it was your turn (due to me being in GMT and I had to sleep). Lu

I wont even know if this happens again tomorrow morning (GMT) because I actually have a job interview! I haven't had one for at least a month. I am not moaning because I wasn't thinking when I moaned last time. This is a free game and it's amazing how brilliant it is when we don't have to pay for it. Before I met EL, I thought all brilliant games had to be paid for! Thanks to everyone who works behind the scenes on this game and all the mods and everyone else involved. While people are sat playing this, they aren't out committing crimes which is one argument we can use if an outsider starts saying we shouldn't be playing! Once I have a job, I won't be able to play this game so much and I will miss it. I will probably play it most evenings because I really want to one day be making titanium armor etc. I am a rabbit now! Lu

I think this is what has been done to me at least one because a goblin I was fighting took forever to die. When I came back to Vermor Castle, a guildmate had died as well. His DB was gone including my stuff. I think unless its PK map, that people should return DB contents or at least advertise they found one and give people a chance to claim it. I don't take stuff I find anymore, I advertise it to try to find the owner. Lu

I've been a member of EL since Feb (I think, and I should've named my character Lu06 but I forgot what year it was!) and twice now we've had this connectivity problem. I thought things like this weren't meant to happen very often? I think we deserve an update soon as compensation. Lu

I only just started trying to connect. I'm glad I didn't try connecting about 2 hours ago. This is about the second time since I've been a member that the server's gone down (or whatever has happened, I'm not technical). Last time it was about 13 pages before the server got back up. Is it related to UK clocks going forward an hour by any chance? It would be nice to post enough to get my forum rank up. Lu

I think the limit should be raised a little bit for higher Harv levels like 20. It's sometimes hard to stay on until a new hour just to get more Harv xp. Lu
