    Yeah, we started with proposing the idea of making more out of the ings, but iirc radu then said we could decrease the rate. But yes, producing say 3 or 4 out of the current ings, would be awesome and even better, so yes, I agree with making 3-4 instead of one from current ings :)

    6. Make the IP storage for everyone, not only for newbies.

     

    IP newbie storage could be used by everyone, this will attract more people to spend time on IP and newbies will see more people there. Some might think that players will harvest flowers 24/7. Even if they did, so what? :P Those flowers are like 0,1-0,2 gc/ea. And I very much doubt that, as the market for such flowers is pretty much dead.

    But if you have any doubts, we could give it a one month trial and we will see how it unfolds. If it's a fail and people abuse the flower thing, make it newbie only again.

    Oh, some might say that it will be so crowded and newbies won't access the storage. 

    As of now, votd is one of the most crowded storages in the game, and no, it's never too crowded.

    And I will still be using VOTD over IP storage, so I think there's nothing to worry about.

    One month trial and we'll see :)

    5. Decrease the break rate of Invasion Meters.

     

    Self explanatory- invasion meters break 1/10 as of now. We suggest to decrease it to 1/30. More will be manufactured, more will be used, more will be sold. Nowadays, people don't manufacture them because noone buys them, because you don't want to spend a lot of gold coins to break it on the first use :P

     

    EDIT: Or instead of 1 being produced from the current ingredients, make it 3 or 4.

    4. Increase the MINIMUM gold coins drop rates from monsters.

     

     

    You might think that when you get 10,990 gold coins drop from Mare Bulangiu , it will motivate you to go again and kill MB again. But no, it discourages me to do an ice instance. After two hours, seeing 11k drop is just meh. Therefore we suggest to increase the MINIMUM gc drop rate. So people have guaranteed say, 50k gold coins from MB for example. Also, decrease the MAXIMUM gc drop rate by a bit so the balance is kept intact. People will be more motivated, which means people will do more instances, will die more, will spend more "entry fee" items etc...

    3. CHANGE THE RATES OF THE FOLLOWING WEAPONS:

     

    a ) Reduce the break of armor chance on Branch of the Destruction  to 3% and increase break rate.  People hate Branch of Destruction, they are scared of their armor or weapons being destroyed in the combat, therefore they are afraid to enter the PK map. Sure, there is a cape and a skirt, but still, it scares people. That's why we suggest to reduce the chance to 3% as well as increase the break rate of BroD itself. This might make people less scared of the weapon itself.

                                      
    b )  Jagged Sabre of Cooling increase the chance of freezing from 2.5% to 4%. Players will want to use the weapon more, as it will become kind of relevant again, not by a much, but still. At least will try it out and it's nothing major that it would break the game. Also, people will try to make more of those, therefore they will break more as there will be more of them being used in combat. 


    c ) Orc Slayer of Mana Nullification chance increase to 4% from 2%.  Same as above ^^

    1. Increase the total amount of horse steps from a horse whistle.

     

    Increase them to 15.000 or 16.000 

    It's not by a much,as it's 14.000 now, the difference won't be remarkable, but will make a lot of people happy and will not change the economy at all.

     

    Simple as that, thank you :)

    Hello everyone ;)

     

    It's that time of year again. Christmas holidays are coming soon and we want you to enjoy it as much as possible.

     

    The TRIVIA part will be taking part on Isla Prima :)

     

     

     

    Therefore we would like to make a HUGE contest happen, yet again. StouXy / STX is teaming up with DraStiX / Dragrace to bring you some fun :P

     

    Contest will run on 20th and 21th of december, 2019. 

    The contest will start at 3pm EST / UTC -5
    = ( 9 CET+1 ) ( 8pm for UK citizens and 3pm for people from New York state :D )

    1. First off, we will do some hide'n'seek. You will have to find me ( STX ) or DraStiX in order to claim the prize.

     

    2. Trivia contest. This will include both EL trivia and non EL trivia. We will decide on a place this will be held. Number of winners will be determined by number of prizes we receive as donations.

     

    3. Hyper bag hunt. There will be 3 hyper bags placed throughout EL. We have decided to make this easier and so we know when bags are found to place them as treasures. 

     

    Each player can win multiple prizes, so make sure to be online and be ready :P

    The total estimate of the total amout of GC ( in prizes+ gc ) collected: 16.791 MGC .

     

    I calculated the prices of the items by bot prices. Sometimes I had to go to the middle of low sell/high buy ratio. So the differences may vary by +- 500k in my opinion. Feel free to double check and correct me if I'm wrong :P

    Few more things worth mentioning.

    1. Most important for me= using hotkeys. I have changed my "key" ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Eternal Lands -> Key )  bindings to following for spells: 
    #K_SPELL1 = 1
    #K_SPELL2 = 2
    #K_SPELL3 = 3
    #K_SPELL4 = 4

    What basically means, now for a first spell in the spell bar on the top right hand side, I only need to press " 1 ". For second spell, " 2 " etc. 
    This saves loads of time + you don't need to press two keys to cast a spell or to manually click the spell.

    Same with using items. Changed those to press alt+1 , alt+2 etc. Definitely took some time to get used to it, but 100% worth it. Also very very useful in PK. 
    As I am using laptop to play EL, I just press 1 to spell and if I want to type number 1, I use side number pad.

    For me personally this is a must and one of the most important things for staying alive in PK and invasions. Because remember, if you can multitask, you still have your mouse to do other stuff ;) ( But of course, this is my own preference, you can customise the keys to whatever fits you the best. Or not change them at all )

     

    2. Weird thing to say, but...you'll see. 
    Did you die 2 times in a row and want to go quickly back with loads of adrenaline? Don't. Take a moment, take a break for like 15 mins, calm down and then go back. Because when you;re too emotional, you'll screw things up again most likely. 
    And worst case scenario, you'll go in without rosto cos you'll be like " I won't die again and don't need rosto ", well, you will and someone will bj you most likely.

     

    3. Don't show off. Better diss/tp and save rosto, rather than trying to impress people around you acting tough ( I'm the best I can survive type of thing ).

     

    4. Don't do invasions if you are lagging- obviously.

    On top of those I'd also add few points:

    1. Maybe if you're too scared to loose rosto, either don't go, ofc watch out, or have an alt with invis pots nearby to retrieve your DB. Well, very risk and stupid idea, but I've come across few people who do/used to do it. But this is very helpful while fighting in TD, if both of you die due to bombs for example.

     

    2. Don't get yourself distracted. Really only focus on playing and fighting. Don't reply on whatsapp or Skype etc. Don't watch anything. As I die 90% of the time due to not paying attention to the game. STating the obvious but worth mentioning. 

     

    3. SoP could work fine to heal you up. Possibly.

     

    4. Seems like Brownie tokens are a thing nowadays. Farm those and kill bosses with them.

     

    5. Hug the wall in multi invasions if you need to. This could be helpful as fewer mobs will attack you. Or find a place where less than 8 mobs can attack you. Go invis and find a place that suits you. But watch out, arctic chims can see ya :P And so does falcons I believe?

     

    6. Don't forget GHP's and EMP's if you need to. Besides all other pots and beaver token's like WIzzy and Aislinn said.

     

    And that should be all I remembered. Some stuff might not be as usefull as the posts above, but could help.
