    VOTD is the most convenient storage. What I dont get is why people can't alch/manu stuff there, but they can summon dozens of animals to drop everyone's fps to like 5??

    Clicking on the ingame map was my suggestion, Hosan. So, would it be hard to make it so that when you pressed tab, and clicked somewhere on the map, your char would just walk there? That would be cool imo.

    delete all your temporary internet files and cookies. I find this helps. You should also check yer computer for spyware/adware regularly, as those can really eat your bandwith.

  11. Yeah, crowded areas would suck with the text above people's heads. But that could be easily fixed if there was an option to enable/disable it anytime you wanted.

Oh well, at least rebootedrock's post was critisizing rs intelligently...can't say that about any of the other posts though. btw rebootedrock since i complimented you and I seem to be the only player in eternal lands that still likes runescape, you think you could hook me up with your character, or at least some of his stuff? heh...pretty please? Wow, I guess you can tell im an rs player(besides the name) cuz of the begging I just did lol

    1)Since the places that you sell the items to would be more spread out, it would take longer for a manufacturer to sell his stuff to npcs, which would encourage more player-based economy, but not force it. 2)It would keep people from crowding around the dude(not really an issue right now but could definately be one in the future). 3)Maybe it's just my opinion but isn't having one handy, easily accesible place where you can sell all your expensive stuff a little bit too convenient anyways?
  18. I like the "idea" of the harvest limit, but not the harvest limit itself. And I don't think it's just about removing autominers either. If there was no limit such as this, then harvesting would be the easiest skill in the game(just click and click and click, you don't even have to buy anything) and everyone would be at like lvl 60. So some kind of limit to harvesting limit is needed, but it doesn't have to be a system like the current one. Personally I like runescape's mining system(it took them several tries to get it right though). For those of you who don't know, theres different pickaxes you can buy in that game, and the type of pickaxe affects how many times your character will strike the rock per click. And it stops macroers and adds a little bit of variety by adding fatigue that you gain while mining(which you must restore by sleeping in a bed or a sleeping bag). Fatigue in that game is basically the same general idea as the harvest limit in this one. Of course, el shouldnt use the same system as rs, but if the harvest limit were more interesting and flexible(I agree with puntif, about the arbitrary and external thing) then it would be better. Like instead of the limit you could use the food level system. instead of just raising the chance to miss if your food level is under 0(which doesnt affect autominers at all), it could be like if its under -15, then you can't harvest at all. It would stop the automining but still preserve the challenge that harvesting currently has. A lot of people would probably bitch about it, but I would prefer it over a static and boring harvest limit any day, and it was just an example.

  20. Basic Attribute Raised

    I think basic attributes should not just be raised with money alone. After level 15, the old trainers could say that there is nothing more they can teach you, and you have to find a master trainer of a particular attribute by doing a quest or something. Once you've found the master trainer, you would then pay him/her an immense amount of money to raise your attributes.

    I think we should get rid of Trik but allow you to sell you manufactured items in the same shops that you can buy them from, for the same price that Trik buys them.
