IMHO, quitting an outlaw behaviour is not the same as quitting training on goblins for instance. Even if you stop outlaw actions, some players will still look susipicously at you, and you will need to earn respect again... not in one hour, really. But of course no one is doomed to be outlaw forever - lets remember benfish who was a synonim of bagjumper, and now is a honorable and friendly player.

Nice wallpapers everyone However I prefer minimalistic wallpapers because you dont only look at them but also need to see the desktop icons etc sometimes. So I like Cycloon's and Smooms' ones the best. Scarr's is not bad too, at least for Xmas day

This isn't a very logical idea - I think you shouldn't be able to benefit in any material way until your opponent is dead.

Buy some items from EL shop, for example titanium serpent swords of thermal. 2. Lurk on channel 3, posting advertisments "trading thermal serp for 25 hydro bars" or smth like that. 3. Spend the traded bars on nexii Of course as nitager stated, it is not easy and may take time, but doable I think Just my 2 gc V

Well, first thing I noticed, there will definitely be a new playing style (for rich fighters) -- 1. reset 2. buy human nexus 6-7. This way you save 7 oa lvls, and 7 oa lvls are a massive % amount of exp, so worth doing it. Because it is easiest to buy such amount of nexus with RL $$, that would give an advantage to players who pay a lot $$. Is that bad or not? Depends on attitude. Some free MMORPGs try not to give big advantage to players who pay extra $$, some give. This would make EL slightly move to the second category, I think. Also, as it was stated before, it would boost economy further. My suggestion would be, if implemented, you could make different payment for different nexii, for example hydro bars for human nexus, CoLs/CoMs for magic nexus and so on, to boost economy even further. Still, I voted sux.

Taniya, I get the same crash under i915 graphics card, too. But it happens only when I leave the game running and open many programs, switch between workspaces very fast etc. If I switch EL to console mode, or minimize, I can do whatever I want, I don't remember it crashed. How does the game crash for you? On Windows, there are no workspaces which I switch fast with mouse wheel, but I think it still is a hardware problem, cause if I open many M$ Words etc while playing EL, video also locks up, and Windows reboots immediately as a result. And it is definitely not EL, try anotger GPU intensive game, like TORCS, especially try switching workspaces a lot while it is open, I'm pretty sure the same will happen. However, I see your FPS is low, so maybe you could use my advice in http://www.eternal-lands.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=29358 ? If you are able to improve your speed, cap your fps to 24 or so, and the problem will not manifest itself often.

Open your BIOS settings, if possible, and look for video card buffer aperture, or however it is called. I bet there will be something like 8M, increase it to whatever maximum possible (32M or 64M). This will increase speed significantly. Also, tweak game settings: turn off shadows and other complex options, because i915 is uncapable of shading vertexes in hardware etc. Turn off precompiled vertex arrays since this card is uncapable of. If the above doesnt help, use poor man mode.
