Music will be added to more areas and new maps soon. RL sort of got in the way here, but it is being worked on as well as newer selections of music. Be patient, EL is a work in progress.

Just may also mention that when using music from the game for other purposes, its best to have permission to do so with Roja and Entropy before doing so. All this music is copywrited and permission is granted to them to use such pieces of work. In addition, if you know who wrote the songs, you should ask their permission as well. Only stating this, as I wrote some of the songs in the game, and like to keep a record of where my music is being used. ~Sheesh

Actually the ingredients were considered more so than you would think. Ingredients are not just random toss of stuff together, but each ingredient has specific characteristics. Daffodils were selected for a purpose in mind and not because its what you would necessarily want. The mushrooms are picked more, and there is an excess supply of them. Just because you like getting extra exp for picking them, does not mean they are needed for the potion at hand. If we were to open the market for things with tree mushrooms, there would be a flood on the market. Not to mention, that the mushrooms do not have the characteristics needed to make said potion. Please elaborate on these characteristics, because personally, I prefer the daffodills, as they're faster to harvest and harvest exp on plants doesn't mean anything to me (harvesting them cheats me outof rare stones and I'm way past the need to increase my harvest level). As for a market flood, you're basically saying they never will become useful, because the longer you wait to make them useful, the bigger the flood no? As for the alc god coming in game, it's good to see that post is recent However, it doesn't require you to stick a skill blessing with those quests. It would suit Elandria way more to give a temporary increased rares blessing and give potters something unique for their highly developped skill. I wont elaborate on the characteristics as much as I wont elaborate on the future quests that may be in game. All my development work is private to the public. However, considering that I am 1 year away from getting my Ph.D. in wildlife biology with botany as a minor, I can guarentee that all the botanics in game are not just tossed together in some sort of mash. They ALL are being considered for what their properties contain. As for the tree mushrooms, they will be used at a later date, when the properties they represent become useful to the game. We don't look at ingredients and ask what we can make with them, we look at needs in the game, and use the properties of each ingredient to get the final product--as it should be.

Afaik, the game is 2D as far as the map systems are concerned. We have X and Y coords. If you were to look at your map and mark the lamp post, you would have only an x and y coord. You have no Z coords, so it truly is NOT a 3D game in that sense. So, realizing this, you are just taking up one spot on the map and like other areas, you can be attacked if something is in the block next to you. Height is irrelivant. Always has been and always will be. Its common sense that truly matters. So seeing that VotD invasions happen, and that this has been posted several times in forums and in game, I believe you showed lack of judgement with your afk pole sitting. Also, if you have not played in a while, you may want to download the newest client and make sure it has the right address in it. We changed servers in Sept. so make sure the info in your EL package resembles the new server and not the old. This too, can make a world of difference. More Info on new server

These items can break and will break. It is not a bug, but what is programmed into the game. The wording was made before the ability to break them was implemented. Tools according to Entropy, are still able to break on No Grief Day. Tools may be used for manu, but the mortar and pestle can also be manufactured as well.

Actually, it *sounds like* In the future, I would suggest rewording the posts or at least use the material in quotes or link back to the page you got it from. As in everything in this game, all things are unique and are not for distribution without permission of the author. Unless Ent specifically said "Yes, please sound just like me, I beg you", its not appropraite to use his direct words.

I don't blame Sheesh for not knowing tho, I don't think she was mod already when those rules were made. And the post is a bit old anyway. But maybe that topic should be reviewed so we don't get stupid rules like today anymore. There are no limits for events that are brought on by the official event team. Now if a guild hosts an event, then they are putting up prizes and they have a choice on how they want to distribute them. If they have rules, we will abide by them. With that stated, we cannot enforce limits. If you go in and cheat, and use a legal weapon of the game, I will laugh my ass off. Its legal for the game, just you cannot win the contest. That is the difference as to what I stated. I said you could not "win" if you used those items. I did not say you could not come in and bash their heads in, as if they are not allowing the use, then they cannot use them either for the event.

I am so sick and tired of the squabbling that occurs here. If you pk, fine, if you don't, that is fine also. But apparently this is not enough. You fight in game, and if you have problems from others, you should type #ignore <player>. Then some of you come here in the forum to scream abuse for what you cannot do in game as either you were #ignore(d) or have them on ignore. Many of you are spending so much effort getting mods and others to join your squabbling battles. You want to abuse each other, then put your power where your mouth is and take it out on a pk map. But to abuse the valuable resource of mods and helpers in the game is too much. I have no idea how old any of you are, and I personally dont care. However, you are all acting like you are 3 year olds crying over not being able to have some candy. You are taking the fun out of this game for many. Stop this crap. This "he did it to me first" crap is so childish. Take your ground and act like at least semi-adults. Having fun is one thing, but to try everything in your "powers" to ruin the "spirit of the game" in all others is not gaining any points with anyone. #ignore is in the game for a reason. Voted no, as it is circular reasoning to get the points. You must have the nexuses to get the points, as you must have the ability to get the ore, and the experience to thus make them into bars. Then you can make these bars and be able to have the luxury to buy the nexus. If you were to do all this, you would have aquired the experience needed to get that overall nexus. I still fail to see the point of this being use to anyone that cannot afford to buy the bars, whether it be by in shop or with gc in game. But regardless, I rather get my nexus the old fashioned way, through work and dedication to the skills I choose to do for myself.

While white is pretty, eye appealing, etc. I voted no. The local chat and the channel chat is also white, so there will be a lot missed in both channels and local because people wont realize that their chat is being blocked by the color behind it. Snow maps have a similar issue.

You can payy for protection... And hydrogenium have be so hard to harvest becouse it have to be expensive. Paying for protection is not the point of this. What my point is, is that only 1 person gets what the team works for. Its great if you are on the receiving end, but not so great if you do all this work and get nothing for it.

Problem I see with this is that you wanted us to get hydrogenium as a team effort. You put it in a pk map, so we would have less ability to get it without a team. Now with this, not only will we still need to be a team to get it, but only one gets the profit of this. At least with GWIS everyone gets something for the donation.

The Event team is gearing up for Halloween and its time for you all to plan for this as well. We will be holding a large event for the weekend before Halloween, which will be announced a little later--we are still working out some details, but on Tuesday night (Oct 31st) when the moon is bright (in game) we will be having a ghost story contest in a convenient little tavern near a local cemetery. So start planning these stories now. Rules: 1. Use English (no leet allowed). 2. Nothing to cause flame wars allowed or will be tolerated. 3. Be original. 4. Please, nothing too long--500 words max. Time will be officially announced in game. If these stories do what they are intended to do, who knows, we may actually be able to raise spirits from their graves on Halloween night. Prize: Winner of the best story will receive a Warlock cloak.

Crus won the cloak, 2nd place went to philbert13 who won a steel plate, 3rd place went to Acelon who won a tit shield. I will post the stories shortly.

If you are using an alt to get around the perk, then yes, this is illegal. Antisocial is a negative perk for a reason. You cannot benefit from the perk, by using alts to do what you are unable to do with your own character.
