    That fits with it being your ISP blocking port 2000 (and not port 2001). Afaik, the reasons for blocking

    port 2000for outgoing traffic are mostly historical, but some still do it.

     

    You have a few ways to get to play.@@6 Either by talking to your ISP (not very likely to succeed) or check

    out e.g. Learner's proxy service. Changing ISP could also work, but might be impractical.

     

    You say you couldn't log on since august. That sounds like the start of the new school/academic year.

    Did you start playing from another location at that time? (it helps to say such things in a first report, so

    those trying to help have something to work with).

     

    I didnt try to login from another location. But i remembered there was a bandwidth update.

    I will try to talk with my ISP..

    Most likely your ISP is blocking port 2000, which EL uses. See if you can connect to the test server.

    The red message Aislinn mentioned says that your IP is banned. You are just showing a standard disconnect message, which you get if the client cannot reach the game server

     

    So im not banned..

    I can connect to test server. but how could i join to main?

    If your IP is banned, you would get a red message saying so.

     

    yeah it's a red message, when i tried to connect:

    <0.00>: Disconnected from server!: []

    Press alt-x to close the game

     

    But i don't understand what reason that im banned. Could you unlock me?

    Hi all!

    I've just played quietly, then

    I can't login to my account since august.

    When i start the program, it's loading, then say this:

     

    ,, <0.00>: Disconnected from server!: []

    Press alt-x to close the game "

     

    My char isnt banned, so i dont know what it is.

    I think my ip is banned, but why?
