goto the wraith, its east of the camp fire in Isla Prima, you should have seen him when you first came to EL, you goto him and spend your "Pickpoints" if your overall is 0/5 then you should have 5 pickpoints, i suggest you use them on Physical and Coordation, to do that talk to the wraith (big blue ghostly guy, don't worry, he wont bite) to do that roll your mouse over him to you see a bubble, when you do click him and he will list " get a perk, get attribute, etc.. " well goto get attribute then physical, you will noticed your overall is now 1/5, do this with each other pickpoint but you can use them on anything, if you have enough that is

and your el installion folder (or el main folder) would be in Program Files/Eternal Lands

well first of all if your food level is -30 then i suggest you get some fruit and eat, second what level you mean? if you want to know your overall level then its Overall: # and thats your level, be more spacific
