The thing that helped me the most when i started this game was NOT knowing the vastness of the game and options. I had a simple goal... not getting killed by rabbits, surviving the first gargoyles, learn to cast some spells. Today i see newbies, o correction: New players walking around after their 7th day.... saying they are collecting gc for a nmt and dragon armor. Or worse are working to get H-Bars for their nexusses. IMHO peoples should not be bothered with nmt's dragon armor or H-bar nexuses the first few month (years). So i guess the point i am trying to make is: Compliment a new player on his achievements like: getting a iron greaves as his most precious item. In stead of telling him it's shit and needs rd greaves at least! A thing i notice on other games is that they minimize interaction between high levels and low levels by giving them different maps to be in. This can give a starting player the idea he's advanced while still a beginner... and when moved up be the beginner again. And when peoples are actually looking up interaction between high and low they are more aware of the difference. I think most here are depending on human interaction in this game to keep their game going. And it just aint fun to hear your 'noob' and to get rid of that have atleast 1 year of HARD work ahead of you when you begin. That first year you should get positive acceptance too.

I would like to suggest the creation of Mage equipment satchels, In my mind it would look like extra inventory slots in your inventory but you can't use them to put inventory in it. one satchel would hold 1 essence of one type. The bonus features are: - no emu used on that 'slot' - auto refills when opening a store The cons could be: - Expensive (Or hard quest, maybe even shop item) - Can't take out the essence other then useing them in a magic spell - A max of 25 of satchels of each type. Harsh work should be done for example: : - One would need to buy 7 satchels just to be able to cast tptpr one time between sto visit's (1 spirit essence satchel, 5 energy essence satchels and 1 matter essence satchel.) In game it would give another gc drain. And more chance for peoples to help out others that are far away due to having essies always with you. The bug mentioned in the gentoo thread is fixed. I tried to compile with both 1.2.5.1 as 1.2.7 fail the compiles at the same place vino describes. The fix that vino mention works for me. It could still be a gentoo bug. Just tought i mentioned it for reference

Hello, I would like to suggest a improvement that might enhance the game play for higher leveled players. The reason is the following: When you are a fresh player you are getting the fancy level up effects quite often. But when you play longer it takes a few days to get those fancy level up graphics. My concept would be that you get mini level up effects on 1 million exp to go before level and even smaller level up effects for 500k exp to go. So in case of OA 120 to 121 one would get 5 mini level up effects and 6 smaller level up effects, followed by the grand level up effect of OA 121 So far my suggestion Greetings Zathras
