  1. Rat/coal cave map bug

You didn't have to make a new one.. just use the thread I posted right after LabRat. Oo
  2. dropless weapons

Making a sword unbreakable can be chaotic to marketting. Why buy any kind of other sword when you have one that will never break? More hurt to manufacturers and alchemists and even harvesters who gather the raw materials to make those items. Blodoks has a good mind set on this. There should be no special treatment given to special weapons. They have rostogol stones and by the time that thermal serp breaks, they'll probably have accumulated over 500k in raw gold ingame from all their victims to just buy another ingame serp for what? 350k? Profit. Rostogol stones prevent the item loss. Consider buying a thermal serp a full payment and you pay insurance on it via rostogol stones. Only the insurance does not cover personal damages.
  3. since when you play this game?

Ehhh, will be a year in like 2 1/2 weeks or so. I started a couple weeks before I registered to the forum.
  4. monster drops = practically 0

Well, there are a lot of greedy people in this game Nitager. I'm sure a lot of them would PK just for the easy cash. Oo
  5. monster drops = practically 0

Well, as it is, fighting is a low-profit skill if you fight monsters stronger than you (more armor breaking, more SRs, more exp). It's just really hard to balance an economy when it's based on like 9 different principles. Fighting is profitable if you PK wisely. Can make a fortune in a few kills.
  6. monster drops = practically 0

No, I don't. I try to debate this issue with you, but it ALWAYS turns to flames because of you. If Aislinn should do anything, it would be to remove 90% of your posts that contain flames in them. I'm debating an issue with you that NEEDS debating, but you turn it to flames. JUST STOP AND HAVE A PROPER DISCUSSION FOR ONCE. JESUS CHRIST. Infact, forget it. If anyone out there who is capable of discussion wants to discuss this issue, then I'm open for that. I'm unable to discuss with Enyo. I'd really like to see more feedback on this topic from more of those in the top 50 attack/defense especially -- it concerns them. I'm putting Enyo on this forum ignore list. It's more productive than wasting mapmaking hours trying to discuss with her.
  7. monster drops = practically 0

Yes, you're right. Infact, with that kind of logic, you could even say I'm a crafter. ... ... Train = break armor is only true if your defense or coord suck and you get hit a lot. The only thing I've lost to ogres in 10/10 a/d levels are tons of boots, some pants, and maybe a steel shield. Never lost a tit chain or anything else though and the experience has been fine. I've already told you that harvesting is one of the only profitable skills, shenriss. Lilacs being one of the most profitable things you can do with that skill. Please read before posting. For one time in your life, please stop retaliating with flames to someone who disagrees with you, Enyo. Even I'm not that bad. [No, do not reply with a snap. I'm through talking to you because it's pointless and your rage is going to get me suspended. <_< ]
  8. monster drops = practically 0

I'm only responding to you Enyo, so don't pull the 'Stop flaming me card!' Fighting is profitable, but in all other games I've seen, fighting is only as profitable as strong as the player is. Strong players in all games tend to be richer than weaker ones. That's how the chain works. This game shouldn't be any different. Ogres are only middle-class monsters, while cyclops and greater would more-or-less be considered the upper level ones. Therefore, in generic reality, a cyclops should be more profitable than an ogre, as an ogre should bring more profit than hunting goblins. Also, fighters do nowhere near as much clicking as an alchemist or, say, a manufacturer does. Do you know how many times I've clicked 'mix' to get 9,568,153 alchemy experience? Fighting is pretty laid back for a skill compared to others. As long as you have a source of income, whether it be breaking even by fighting or getting extra by another skill, fighting is very easy to do. Time-burning but easy. Other skills are NOT as profitable as you think. I wouldn't expect you to know just how much manufacturing and crafting can burn out of you, or how many hours you'll spend at the diamond mines/vermor's grave to level your harvesting, or how many hours you'll spend gathering materials just to alchemy/make potions. It is NOT profitable because the profit does not measure up to the amount of time it takes. The only real thing that is truly 'profitable' is selling lilacs. It's possible to make 10-15k a day selling nothing but lilacs, whereas with fighting, someone could make 300k+ in one day by getting a general axe book (when the book was worth something). You're in the same boat as every single one of us are in. Fighting is not being picked on NEARLY as bad as other skills are. Main thing about all of this? It's that you're talking about things when you really have no idea of the truth. You can take that as a flame but I don't intend for it to be.
  9. Result War With Rich

That is a vague and baseless insult. Officers in the Army are not morons -- not just any man can walk into ROTC and leave a 2Lt. Hell, I've worked with a lot of PVTs and PFCs and some of them are geniuses too, but they serve because they feel it is their duty. The Army may look for the not-so-wise, but even wise people join. Don't insult others based on your shortcomings. As for this entire thread, I'm assuming you guys haven't made peace after a couple weeks?
  10. monster drops = practically 0

@Monsters: More are expected. It's been said multiple times. But right now, they are swapping everything to Cal3D and don't really have the ability to focus on new monsters (graphic wise atleast) right now. Reference @Quests: Wasn't it possible to write your own quests to put into the game? Maybe you could try that then.
  11. monster drops = practically 0

I profit from them. You may not but I do, and I bought all my armor from a friend to help her get some cash in her pocket. It's all about how you train that decides whether you'll be burning cash for more exp. or saving cash for slower exp.
  12. monster drops = practically 0

I beg to differ. I profit from ogres, but they haven't snapped any of my expensive armor pieces either.. (they do eat boots up all the time though)
  13. monster drops = practically 0

That kind of negates the fact that some fighters keep their p/c low intentionally for more exp. Muling is eh.. alright for them to do, but probably not as good as fighters with high p/c. Some of those higher p/c ones could contribute better.
  14. monster drops = practically 0

Judging by Cranny's stats, he is indeed a fighter. Therefore, as a high level manufacturer and a fighter, I'm sure he more than well knows the importance of money and what drops have done what to the economy. Rapid increases in money drops equals to fighters all becoming super rich (where in theory, only a few of the hardcore fighters were meant to be millionaires).
  15. monster drops = practically 0

Sounds fair. Just don't make it too common.
  16. Quick suggestion

I'd rather they add recall as a spell. :/ Exact same requirements as what you just suggested but allows a user to teleport someone to him instead assuming that person is higher level (OA) than him. Also, it would have a prompt open up: "Would you like to be recalled by [name]? [Yes] [No] Moving on.
  17. Cant change guild's name

Are you POSITIVE you're the Guildmaster? Because if you're rank 19 or less, you can't change the guild name. However, type #set_name [NEWGUILDNAME] to change it, without the brackets.
  18. some suggestions

The regeneration makes sense. Giving the room storage in conjunction doesn't.
  19. Bugs On Maps

About the orc temple map Roja.. you should go back through and put the regular black tile (NOT the NULL tile) around the border of the temple to cover up the parts that fall below the floor level. I'm a neat freak though.
  20. Bugs On Maps

    Ebul intuition.
  21. some suggestions

A lot of what he said is possible.. but I'm not a big fan of the thought of a fast-recovering room and a storage nearby (magic training).
  22. Monsters dropping these books fast in the first place is what made them incredibly useless items in a short time.
  23. Bugs On Maps

I wouldn't worry too much about the female orc temple.. it may be replaced (or maybe they'll just add a whole other temple).
  24. Top 50 list

Yeah. You have to give all rounders a boost.
  25. Unicorns

Which is what I said.. For once, I'll agree with Kami. It's about time player actions actually reflected something more than your reputation amongst the community.
