Hello, when i'm playing EL, sometimes happen a critical error and windows close it (EL). This happened in different stages, sometimes i'm mixing, others i'm walking (there's no padron on it). When i log in the only things that are not green are: Shadow map size not supported! Shadow map size reduced to 512! Not using vertex program for actor animation. Hi, it happened to me 2 times. After i talked to haidir to sent me to someone for the haidir daily quest, i forgot who was the guy (but i remember he was on NK catacombs) who i must meet so, i returned to him and talked again with haidir, pressed again the option "Need help?" and he sent me to a different person (Talon in WS).Then i went to met talon that sent me to kill 20 Hobgoblins. I killed them and returned to him, received the prize normal way. 2nd time after clicking on "need help?" haidir sent me to another person (that i don't remember, even the location)and, as i forgot the NPC name and location, came back to him and clicked again on "need help?". Once again he sent me to Talon. After this, things happened the right way. Seems we have a problem, haidir, for the same daily, chaged the npc who i should meet. our sincerally, brunofm

hi, after 3 months of EL vacations i came back and went to haidir, normally he said "first kill the stuff (hobglobins) for "NPC"). Few minutes later, i went to buy wine from vesine, and when i talked to him, happeared the sentence "Haidir sent me". BUG: 2 quests on 30 minutes. btw, i didn't do the quest yet (rule #19) Your sincerally, bruno

We need a bit more information: Operating system: Mac OS, Win 7/XP/Vista ..., Linux ... Video card Any messages in the error log. There are a few possibilities. If there is a problem with the graphics, try selecting 'poor man' in the options (the 3rd button), BEFORE logging on. It could also be a firewall issue or a permissions issue on the computer (not able to write data). Vinicius, para te poderem ajudar necessitam de saber: Qual é o teu sistema operativo? Qual a tua placa gráfica? E quando tu abres o jogo, aparecem-te uma data de frases lá... quais aquelas que aparecem a vermelho (idincam os erros) Se houver problemas com os gráficos, experimenta seleccionar a opção "poor man" que está disponivel nos "Settings" (que é o 3º botao ao lado do "new character") e dentros dos settings vais a "details" e selecciona então "poor man", só depois é que deves fazer o log on. Hi all, as a player that i am, i use the encyclopedia a lot. The problem of it is that the bad translation that was done, particularly the bad brazilian portuguese used. The problem is that, for those that are newbies to the game (and for the other people also, but mostly for them) it's hard to get some information on it. I think, as a portuguese citizen that i am, that i must help on the translation and improve the game quality for the portuguese speakers community. This history beggins on July 2007... brunofsm was making some spirit essences near votd sto in the darkest night ever saw in EL. A few essences later the mercury was gonne and he decided to get some of the mercury that, on that time, grew up on the north of Kilaran Field. He kept all his items at the storage, he passed out the cemitery then he arrived to KF. It was rainning a lot, perception 4. The clock said 4:30. brunofsm couldn't saw 3 steps in front of his nose, then he decided to start walking carefully to watch if the creatures there don't attack him. A few steps later, a forest chimeran wolf appeared came from a bush, brunofsm run out for left but comming from the otherside a fluffy. He runned for north until he realize that those monsters didn't followed him. He walked a few more until he saw the bags of mercury. He picked up 3 of them the fast as he can then, he started running again but... coming from no where, metanol was in front of him. brunofsm got paralized. Metanol, with his js, hit once, and 37 health points of brunofsm were gonne, then, metanol strike again and Zaaaaaasssss...... Some say that brunofsm is stucked in the eternal fire of the Hell, others say that he turned into a mortos ghost looking for his revenge. But that are only rumours. Where is he now? no one knows.... Sorry, i didn't knew about this event, but i would not participate as same. Once more a fighting contest where only the stronger guys can participate (obviously the weak would not participate against EL dinosaurs). After invasions that have a mix of creatures of all kind of lvls, and the creation of intances it's shown that EL mods don't care about <60's a/d. I'm sorry of saying this but this politcs seems like the capitalism, the rich people will be more and more rich. I think it's time for you (GM's) to remember about the weak people and so, my sugestion, is making some contest where the lvl's don't mean much, where every EL community could win the final prize. When i entered on the game i can't play it, it show us the icons like "use" "use with", the clock,the skills on the right side of the screen, but there is no image, the background is black. What is this? What can i do or make to solve this problem? Help me.

Are you able to see the options screen if it's opened? Ctrl-o, if so, i'd try the poor man setting in the detail tab and see if it fixes, then possibly try turning the options back on one at a time. I think it's possible to set that in the documents\eternal lands\main\el.ini file as well, just not sure what the setting is. and in 10-20 seconds the screen become totally black. now i know that is because i had entered on 1 house in tarsengard.
