Sorry to necro this old thread but I also think the dragon sets need shields. They wouldn't even need to be much of an upgrade, maybe +1 more defence and heat/cold protection? Just to finish the sets, not to mention how awesome they'd look.

The speeded up FPS view is awesome, looks very professional. The only thing I don't like is the music climax at the end, but nothing happening. Having a dragon or equally impressive creature charge from the side of the screen would fit well.

Having a character first fighting a rabbit with no armor, next a wolf with cheap leather armour, all the way up to dragons/other people in full Ti/dragon armour in quick succession could be a flashy way of showing off the fighting skills. Sort of a super quick timeline of a combat characters life. Before you tell me to shut up and try and make a vid myself, I don't have the resources.

It could only be a few seconds, most game/film trailers change scenes every 3-4 seconds. For harvesting show the animation of a character being hit by the cavern wall collapsing, mixing could have the level up fireworks.

Showing off high end armors would be good, I always look at them when I start an MMO. Maybe the camera circling around a character (name and health removed, damn fameseekers) cycling through the different dragon armours.

Having a second row of seats in DPa1 would be usefull, it actually encourages people to sit in a neat line.

Birdcamp enters DPA and claims that the person that kills will win his scythe. He posts this several times. In the end he gets bored and says we have to kill him within 30 seconds I run in and kill him in 21 seconds. First he claims that it was under 30 seconds. The chat logs say otherwise. Then he claims he was being "sarcastic" Chatlog has been trimmed. There were several other people there that have the same logs. After speaking with Birdcamp again he's given me the scythe and apologised. I've forgiven him, so I hope his reputation is cleared.

Now that they're no drop I'd expect the amount of people using them to shoot up. There'd be less negged out twinks killing everything in sight in hope for a decent drop.

Sounds good. It doesn't give people a huge advantage, but is still usefull enough for plently of people to pay for it.

I was reading through the game updates and read that mirror perk has been added to Bulangiu. I didn't know that this was a monster in the new instances so I googled it thinking it was some armour only to find that it translated to homosexual.

What's the big deal? If someone offered him 21k he's not going to pay 22k for yours.

When I worked for Tesco Wines and Spirits was always abbrieviated to WS. My collegues always gave me a funny look when I accidently said "I'm working in Whitestone today."

In the past DPA contests there have been very few people signing up so i've been thinking about one that more people could get involved in. The main problem is the "stronger" characters putting other people off with their obscenely expensive equipment, so how about an old school contest? Aug armour, iron helms and ti long swords only. Hopefully this would attract more people and could even be a last man standing free for all.
