Placid, here is what i think he's trying to point out: Perks: Stay with you forever, but cost valuable Pickpoints. Capes:costs no PP, but expensive and you can lose it, along with it being monster drop/NPC buyable only. Medallions:Craftable, not spending pp, but possibility of losing it, along with it being exspenive(maybe)

I'm tired of going around whitestone and nordcarn, portland and mynadar, without seeing ANY people. we should add simple NPCs (with no nametag) who stood around. but instead of just standing around, some will walk around, some will make trading guestures, and maybe there could be guards at the entrances to cities and around, maybe create a picture for a long spear for guards to hold? maybe make the shooting range at nordcarn a place to hone your archery skill? the posibilities are endless, with enough time and determination
