I hate upgrades... it takes a week or 2 to figure out what broke the client on my PC and everyone blames the hardware I have been using for the past 100 upgrades

I like your signature... I mean it was cool!

Make it a surprise.... and not part of the release notes for a patch

Well after much diagnostics, Ent is right (of course). Though my job, I have access to 3-4 ISP's, all work except my ISP. I tried from other locations using my ISP and same thing happens. I tied other ISP's and I can log on. I called my ISP and they of course say it is not them. How can I convince them that it is? They say they can run the ping command that ENT provided above...

No, I tried that as well

Both computers have had Trend Micro AV for over a year. Disabled on both and same problem, neither has firewall as I have NAT enabled in router, which has not changed in over 2 years. Can I force EL to use another port besides 2000?

I have 2 computers. One is a laptop the other is a desktop. Both worked fine up until 2 days ago. Now where the client says: Connecting to Server... it just sits there. It never goes onto the green server message. if i let the client sit there for a minute or so it will say: Going AFK This occurs on both computers. Any Ideas?
