Now, I know this topic has been discussed many times. Radu has made changes to this instance a lot to adjust the outcome gc wise, but I have to stress once again how the drops do not add up to the level of experience and expertise this instance takes. Now, I don't care about flames, nor what people are going to say about my post, but I am just posting the facts. Also, I don't have a solution. Let others post about it, but everyone has their own opinion of how to change the instance. The instance I just finished: 35 giants 45 naspa 4 ice dragons 3 jegos 1 MB Total GC: 90503 Other drops: 4 ice dragon scales I know that instance drops are all random drops, but this seems ridiculous. It could have been worse. At least the jegos each dropped 10kgc+. MB dropped 11kgc. Imagine 5 people doing that instance and getting a cut from it. It most likely will not cover costs (unless all 5 are good players)* Again, I don't want controversy, but I am just pointing out facts. This instance isn't profittable unless the odds are in your favor, and after being to the ice instance many times, I don't see the odds being in mine or anyones favor often. *Note: I did not define levels that stated who was a good player nor skill. A good player in an instance is someone who understands the combat system. A/D always helps this case, but doesn't make a great fighter.

I agree with Aislinn. For some people, fighting lower levels in uncapped invasion is a great training tool for those new to invasions. Takes away the scare factor and lets them practice fleeing/escaping with whatever they desire. I don't see anything wrong here.

I agree with everything said, but I do want to make one point. If you make map smaller, this instance will go faster. It is the only thing holding it back. I'm sure I am not the only one experiencing 1.5hr instances or less with the current map.

Just as an FYI, I am InfectioN. Myself, Shodokan, and Midnightangel created this guild around the end of 2009. I stayed in this guild through the first fallout of inactivity. Shodokan has yet to return to the game (my IRL brother), but I kept pushing on with the guild (as I was GM from day 1). Times did change when the next revival happened, and it did attract a different crowd, but we were successful. The decision to disband was not an easy one to make and I have received many PMs about it's disbandment. All I have to say now is, many of the former BC members have found new homes. Some were very upset, but I did it out of good intentions. The first fallout was not an easy one to recover from. Regardless, BC has been the best guild in EL for me so far, very close to my experiences in HIM. As said in the original post in our forums, I might start up another guild... For now, I am going to enjoy the game as I hope the others in BC will. I will help/assist any of them whenever needed. As of right now, I am still guildless. I am open to those offering a home for me for now. Infect

Agreed, maybe I should keep track of it before making a statement like this. I knew I would get drama, etc. for posting this. Also the comments people have placed below, but I am not doing this to only benefit myself or any situation like that. I am only posting facts and asking for a discussion. Though, people will see it as whatever they want to see it as. See above post. I'm assuming whingers means 'whiners'? If so, I am not whining. Again, I am posting facts in hopes other people have also studied drops from this instance. There also have been posts before about this and its comparison to the 120140 instance. Again, it's a discussion. As far as my view on instances, I love doing them because of what you said, it makes a change to the ordinary grinding, etc. I will still do them, it's only a discussion I think the best split I've received in the ice instance is 80kgc/person over a 4man team. Still have yet to receive a nexus stone from bulangiu.

All I have to say is, seriously? I would assume Radu is happy with repeat instances. It means more rostos lost, etc. And why offer the reduction option? FYI, I didn't reduce for this instance.

I think what he's referring to is Ti chains. I would agree if that was the case. Ti chains require no manu since they can be purchased from the defense god. Ti serp requires manu.

People who don't have capped attributes are the ones who actually have to think through their builds. People who have bought enough pp to max their attributes now will probably be able to max attributes whenever caps are raised. What's more important is making it possible for people to be creative and experiment to find what works best for them..not to have everyone be the same (like they are now). -RM Just a clarification, restore was not calc'd before caps. Restore did all of your health, regardless of level/attributes. So I could restore from 5 health to 2000 with one restore and only have 21 magic.

I have the NMT perk so I can wear mirror cape. I had mirror perk, but was unhappy with spawning giants on myself. So having NMT perk allows me to turn mirror on/off. I would greatly enjoy this cape so I can remove 7 pp and still get the bonus of both perks I am wanting.

Easy, use regular med for your harvest hour, then switch medallions. Never have to buy another one.

I had eva perk. I also experimented with mirror/nmt perks and decided that the extra "mirror" saved me a total of 3 emp's and maybe 60 he/15 sr. So my opinion, get eva and forget mirror for 100120 and 120140.

The only positive I see to more health is more of a chance from a crit to be able to use a GHP and gain the full restore. If that makes any sense.
