  1. Macintosh OS X client 1.3.0 bugs thread

Hey 0ctane! I'm running 1.3.0 on 10.3.9 and the only thing that doesn't seem to work is the text command #cls. When I enter #cls my cursor runs the busy pinwheel for a few seconds and the client shuts down, asking if I want to send the details of the unexpected termination to Apple. Let me know if 1) this is something you even want to fix and 2) if there's anything I can do to provide you with more information to make this easier to fix. Thanks! [Edit... capital 'B' and ')' made a funky emocon.]
  2. Macintosh User Group [MUG] Client 1.3 Poll

Greetings! I run the latest client on a PowerMac G5 single 1.6 Ghz. I'm running 10.3.9 becuase I waited 9 months for 10.3 to come out so that ProTools LE would run on the G5 without crashing. I'm going to keep it until it doesn't run anything anymore! The Mac was optimized for A/V production but lately I don't have any gigs and spend all of my time working on Alch... go figure. Thanks for writing the Mac client, it works like a charm!
  3. Sadness Overwhelming

Well that wasn't many minutes to count afterall. Sorry about the dupe posts. See you in game!
  4. Sadness Overwhelming

Browser said it wasn't able to connect to www.eternal-lands.com. It wasn't exactly truthful now, was it.
  5. Sadness Overwhelming

I'm relatively new to EL, just 10 days old. I found it while searching for something to occupy a few hours last weekend. It won't surprise many when I say that it managed to turn into the entire weekend. At work, I'd enjoy CEL's wonderful resource site and each night this week I found time to log in, work on something new and set an hour timer for harvesting to get those overall levels up. Tomorrow being the 4th of July would have meant that I had an entire evening and most of the day tomorrow to get Raqi stronger! But alas... you patched to 1.3 and I own a Mac. I'll live vicariously through your posts and wonder what you're all up to. I'll wonder just how many resources I could have stockpiled, who I would have met, what books I could have gotten through and what new animal or monster I could have eventually taken down. I will count, albeit impatiently, the minutes until the Mac update is ready. *dramatic sigh* Thanks for reading, and possibly empathizing with me. Raqi
