Indeed. However, nothing strange happened then, so I'll do some more "playing" around when my guildies sign on.
-
I don't know, but I'll see if I can get a team of guildies tomorrow to multi with me and see if it happens again-with me or them, and if they see it too. EDIT: by the way, I heard there's a "patch" out for GeForce cards (I use GeForce3). I haven't installed it though, should I?

Actually, I beleive the time in CST is 3PM, not 2AM. Either way, should we also beg for free stuff? Just to make it... more realistic? Maybe even talk to tutorial NPC? (on your mark, of course)

Sorry to say, but that's not 100% accurate.

Wow, I didn't know bots drink Anyway, awesome. On my birthday, it was scientists day, and dabrat got a free bread

It's interesting. I have been annoyed at 40s people in PK surviving because their guild helped them level to 21 magic. Magic has appeared to be attached to a/d in a sense that, it's pointless unless you actually have a good a/d. Anyway, I think it's a cool idea.
-
I quote your bad idea and raise you a "I no longer return DBs from PK".
-
I tried it, worked like a charm, great FPS, no crashes etc, but I couldn't click on the invisible tiles to walk, which made training a little annoying. Did I do something wrong?
-
Although this is a interesting idea, I just make sure to the following: o Don't logoff in a area that has GIWS invasions. o Subscribe to invasion warnings from gossip. This prevents getting murdered by dragons and P.S. I don't think black dragons can invade IDA

Hello. The brige in PL is either screwed up, or covered by water from a recent rainstorm. </sarcasim> Portland -- 203,229-192,229. Just that part of the brige sounds wet, the rest sounds great

Bots... don't'cha just love 'em?
-
I don't know about the other videos, but here's two I made from that invasion: Tell me what you think. P.S. I really need to stop using LP music in those vids...

I'm not a mod, and nothing a say is offical, but I did have some issues like this once. Real quick, are you on wireless? Or plugged directly into your router? What brand of a router do you have, and how old? Good luck!

Funny. The other day, I spent 1k on tinkerbelle. Won a bunch of advertisements for the Riva guild, along with a cyclo fighting book, and two moon meds. I thought, oh well, I'll sell this cyclo book, and then it sold for 1k.

Ok, thanks. My problem probably is that I'm recording either using Microsoft Video 1, or uncompressed. I'll try those codecs.

Not only are they good for training, but I'm wondering why everyone hates them because people can TS to get into arenas. Fact: If their TSed, they can attack because their a/d is lower. Yeah, their p/c is high most likely, but any newbie around that level could jack up their p/c that high, and could sell a few million lupines to get lots of money. Anyway, just my two franks. P.S. not trying to be rude. But also, yeah, they've been around for a long time.

If it's an editor you're after omg, try VirtualDub - Free and Open Source... It's not as easy as Windows Movie Maker, but is more powerful in many ways. I recordered it with Screen Recorder Gold, and all it does is leave a yellow watermark at the top (which isn't very visible at that size). Then, I edited it with Windows Movie Maker. Note about that program: Most 10minute clips are around 2gb, so don't record any longer, or it'll be too big and corrpuht. What's everyone else use? Or should this go on off topic?

Actually, it was a automated security thing, or a glitch. I managed to upload it by clipping some unimportant scenes out, might've been too long, also.

Here we go, finally youtube accepted it, they thought I was stealing copyrighted content from EL >.<

Nice pics! (and I love that one mugwump ) I'm working on a video I made of it, post it soon.

Hello. Should I take this into another thread? Anyway, that bug I mentioned earlier happened again. I was standing at the beam, with my inv open, no console windows/maps, and was in another window typing. The error box came up, and I opened up the EL window. I could click to the side and the walk light thingy would flash on the ground, but I couldn't exit my inventory or rotate the camera. There was a healthbar hiding behind my inventory window, but I couldn't make out the rest, since the items got in the way. When I signed back on, the only thing there was a beaver My error log looks just like I clicked exit on the client, so I dunno, maybe that stupid windows firewall is trying to kill EL? Anyway, gotta love the new storage window! (real useful, no need to look through chatlogs/console to find out how much of a item you have). Edit: another window, it was a notepad window, not another EL window.

I could reproduce it... I have a feeling it has to do with googling... I just googled, visted a few sites, burned a CD, etc. I guess I was wrong. But it does happen a lot when I'm browsing, I guess I'll wait until it happens again, then post. (this is a little annoying, no? bug happens over and over again, finally when I post, it stops happening )

Heh, interesting test. Micro$oft W!ndows XP Service pack 2 Build 2600. Nvidia Geforce 3 with latest drivers (not really sure what their called). No, the chars aren't effected. The text doesn't appear in the EL window. Lemme see if they both stay alive when I click "Add Reply" Edit: they're both alive right now, though really laggy Not sure what caused it the first few times..
