Hey I thought I'd start a magic clan. :shock: Im trying to make this the first "real" functioning magic oriented clan in EL What we need: a few good players.(duh) specifically~ essence makers, mages,(um duh...?) potion makers(alchemy). (we might need more people as in manu people later) ok if this thing flys here how it will go... #1.The essence makers.. you guys make essences and take orders. for doing this you will always be payed over the shop selling price of 100 and are guarenteed to always have a sale(if you make the right kind that is ) #2.mages.. do i really have to explain this? You guys can post orders for essences and pots and buy them. Also, when the clan gets rolling(if it does) you will recieve a FREE magic cape upon your reaching lv 30 magic(much later we might also do this for pots and alchemy) #3.Potion makers.. ok it should be obvious what you guys do.. make spirit res pots. and an occasional body rest order when someone wants to train thier combat (which is perfectly fine but im trying to make this clan neutral for now) ~~~~~~~~~~~~ as for management... once again.. only if this gets going /. top-me (Booyah!) next-my successor then-top of classes(highest magic is one then highest potions...etc. they are equal in classes) after that-people above lv 20(30?) last-people below lv 20 (30?) ~~~~~~~~~~ ok post here if your interested in joining... el name- Rebootedrock

    simplyfied definition- an amout of heat lost in transfer, also used to determine the amount of repair a device needs. (thats all you need to know :lol: )
  4. armor and its near-uselessness.. new skill?

    Nice idea but i think that tying it in with magic would be a great idea. there are plenty of sigils not being used and we could use them to enchant armour. like with air fire earth and water you could make elemental armour or with life and death you could make Judgement armour the list goes on... enchanting the armours could bring up certain points in the armour or give out different abilities. nice idea- 8)

  9. Manhunts!!!

    well first of all they would bring about 5 rings of disengage. thats enough to escape most creatures and have a few running chances from players. also. why would you carry stuff on a manhunt other that things to help you survive? u should have: (prize money) 5 rings of disengage(10k) 5 body rests thats it. thats all you should carry. i mean really why would you take a valuable cape to be lost???? it makes no sense. another thing that would help. a time limit. you could get creative with this and say- Rebootedrock is lost in killaran.. he will warp out(or leave for all you non magic createns :twisted: ) in ____ amount of time. in fact.. im going to try to do that now.

    how about a triva contest? we could have it held in a certain channel and have entropy ask some questions.. and when he gets tired another admin/mod steps in and askes some questions.. they could be in these catagories: skills Maps Npc's(shops,quests people) Creatures(animals and creatures) famous pictures(item pics and such) Poporrii (anything) the reward could be higher in certain catagories than others.. (npc's would be harder than creatures)

    hey. i was sitting in wild management class looking at pics of animals when it hit me, i know what instinct could be used for!! ok check this.. we could have at lv 1 say rabbit tracks behind rabbits later we add deer.. so on. now! i though about how you wouldnt want them to show all the time, and so i think you could tie that into the combat grid. say you turn it on, if any animals(that you can see) have walked by in X amount of time you would see tracks.. they could be outlined in a color like yellow. about the prints- they could show and then dissapear after a period of time .. say 5 secs?(they would have to slowly fade to look good) special conditions- if its raining it makes the tracks dissaper in 2.5 sec? or you couldnt track at all. as to how to lv this... i dont have a clear enough idea to write it down here so i'll just say to tie it into a quest and make it purchaseable. (a good example is the guy who taught you to fight, he could have another option,advance in tracking) anyway tell what you think.

    nice ideas.. nexus thing sounds good -that way we wouldnt have to make another "skill" really... i think that they could be color coorordinated.. say yellow rebbit, red deer ,blue snakes ,green fox ,purple puma ,white (pig thing i forget name)orange. and at later we could add say goblin tracks.. and such. as for how to deactivate it.. use the combat grid, it seems logical and its already implemented. what they should be.. well i kinda forgot about people with modem connections... :oops: if you didnt activate the combat grid then you should be ok. im not a programmer and i dont pretend to be. i have great ideas but I donot have the knowledge to explain how to im plement them(as to what they should be and what they should be made of) cool, I hope you consider this entropy.     wasnt me either.. i did lose a few items once though, it was about the time harv was changed... i lost 300 health essences for apparently no reason..(in storage) RoR

    sounds good to me.. im tired of having to move 3 windows just to reach the drop/use icons.

    Rock on 8) ive thought about posting this but ya beat me :evil: earlier.. you said to take out the bridge in dp? well this is flawed b/c of a few like me remeber the socalled useless spell?(its not) teleport to range. yep. i could just tele across that river... hmm every ten harv... sounds good. that would mean i'd only have to click 14 times b4 i'm full :wink: nice. i dont think that the economy will change too much... not if we keep the cap on and change the rate so that with a 20-30 food lv you would get ten in a certain amount of time(lower is longer, higher is shorter) cya
  16. 36 would stack and then you couldnt hold any more(not in weight but a msg telling you you cant) incase your wondering 36 is a full inv of pots. this way we could keep the old system but be able to hold essences, vials, and others. as for pot making.. the limit would be the same.. lets get this one more time... :roll: your inv as now: (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) *=pot ()=inv space with my idea it would hold same amount but ou could carry more (%)()()()()()() %=stacked pots. there that should simplfy it. cya
  17. Silver, Alchemy, and money

    i DEFINATLY AGREE on this. i dont make silver bars as you all do. i simply mine silver and sell to harv. this would COMPLEATLY frick up my money making system if it was changed. ~ and besides.. it doesnt matter how far you move them.. they will just buy rings and make -1k every run. going by this.~ you have caused them to make 1k less an hour. wow. and you caused me to lose any money making abilities that i had. ~~~~~~~~~ so.. make them lose 1k a run or more people like I's livelihood (rebel,spiritus,quite a few others just mine and sell) im done.

    Lol cincero not everyone has god magic like us hmm more teleporters.. i say we make a teleporter from isla to evil castle gargoyle spawn while we are at iT!!!!! lol.. buy some magic rings or if you dont do magic..just stfu and walk.. either way is good. thats all.

Well time for another idea from me :roll: how about you simply make them stackable but place a limit on how many you can carry. like increasing its weight, saying you cant hold anymore, or a variation of the waterskin idea.(even though waterskin is pretty much shotdown at this point... as a limit id say possably 20 pots limit? sounds good to me also making them stackable will make them MUCH easier to trade. (so yes even though we can already hold 20 vials it would also help the game out). im done once more.
  20. Storage Typo (yeah its small :P)

    hey.. here to report a typo.. i dont care if this is really a bug or not but i dont care.. lol anyway.. when you click to withdraw from the food catagory it says which item would you like to deposite? it works same as if it said withdraw. only reason i noticed it was b/c i was staring at it for about a min b4 i realized it was a typo.. :oops: i dont pay much attention... also.. a random bug that happed to me once.. quartz mines at the colored crystals go away from sliver and left(if facing silver) the "huge rock" as its called in editor occasionally swalls me up when i change camera view when going around it. cya.
  21. about the refilling of the bags... thats up to entropy if he decides to use it.. i dont think we should be able to add anything to it untill its empty(much less programming) as for vials.. sure why not they should of course come back.

    how about dutirium? or druanium? on the note of dragons.. for an easier creation(and higher probability) how about half human-half dragons? :idea: we could expand usual knowledge of dragons and incorporate them into the "dragon-men"® think of it a guy covered in scales.. spewing fire from his mouth while he attacks you.(he could even have folded wings for added effect) as for scales... yeah that would introduce another armour class and the teeth could be used in (poisens perhaps) weapons as well. im done.

    ?? gps? thats not what i meant i mean like a pic of the area that youre in zoomed in so you can see roads and other things. it would be the same as reg map but "zoomed in" lol..

Um.. why not simply make it so that a waterskin is the eqivalent of 5 vials? meaning that if you open manu window you mix 5 pots(same kind) and a waterskin . you could then take 5 drinks from the waterskin. :lol: this is much easier and if this was implemented it would be perfectly fine to ban summoning at storage.
