Entropy Report post Posted August 20, 2004 There are two new perks you can select, if you want. One is called Artificer, and gives an improved (by 100%) chances to create better items (such as modable weapons and enriched essences), and the other is called No More Tears, and it decreases by 75% the chance to have an item (weapon, armor, etc.) damaged in combat.
