Rhagnaroz Report post Posted April 16 Last night, when I went to sleep, I left one of my alt characters with my brother because he wanted to start playing! We use the same computer and the same IP! When he finished using the character that I was going to give him, named Sallas, he used an auto-click macro and went to sleep. When I woke up this morning... I ended up seeing Revi's message and noticed that all my accounts logged in to that IP were banned: Rhagnaroz, Rhagnaros, Dornuk, Arwen and Gulliver, as well as Sallas. I admit that I shouldn't have left the character Sallas with him while I slept, so that he could learn how to play! I shouldn't have done that, and I admit my mistake, but I've never used a macro! And I would like a vote of confidence so that I can continue participating in the community! This will never happen again, and I've already had a good talk with my brother about the rules of the game! He is aware of all of this, and he also promised not to use or do anything illegal! I apologize to Revi for sending so many PMs. I couldn't log into the forum to justify myself! So I could only speak via PM, and because of that I got an IP ban! Please! Once again, I apologize for my brother's mistake! And especially for my mistake in letting him play without explaining the rules! This will never happen again! And I can be closely monitored by you from now on! I apologize to the moderators and to the Eternal Lands players! And today, it's the only game and distraction I have with my friends! revi Report post Posted April 16 Just a few points: - you changed the story several times during the PM conversation: first you claimed it was your alt, and you left it in care of your brother (that still leaves some strange things), but then you changed your story and it was your brothers character all the time. You then also claimed you didn't play at the same time. I told you that had to be checked. Guess what, the check showed the two chars you claimed didn't play at the same time, did actually log in and log out together quite often. It also shows that both characters were used by the same player. And it does not matter if that's you or your brother. then it seems you gave away the Sallas char just today (not supported by any facts either!) - You did not get the IP ban for your PM's to me (though I was tempted when you kept spamming me after I told you I needed to check things and you should take it to the forums...) You got the IP ban after you created several new characters. And I did not ban your IP. Note that we are dealing with at least two rules here. So please do not explain the rules to anyone else, until you show you understand them... The locking of all characters was to get your attention. Had you admitted to the macroing, you'd probably have gotten most of them back quite quickly, and Sallas might have been unlocked after a month. Now that you wasted several hours from several mods, and still are clearly not telling the truth, I'm a lot less happy with unlocking any characters (and I can't unban IPs anyway). So let me start taking a week or so to think about what to do with Rhagnaros (don't even think about asking to get Sallas back, as in the best of cases, "your brother" started playing here with using a macro. Or you are lying...). The other characters? They will all have to be checked. (Oh, and any whining about how you need those characters to play will start the clock again) As for you giving us permission to closely monitor you, thank you so much... So not only did your story drastically change several times (yes I saw the conversations), but these first two lines are laughable alone. How many brand new players on their very first day know enough about EL to know how to find and apply a macro for auto-restore on their character, and know where one of the best places to do it is? I've been playing for a long time, since the beginning, and I've never needed the Forum! I apologize once again for what happened! Called GS Auto Clicker, it only works for using the mouse click! He downloaded it and used it! As far as I know, it only worked for clicking on fruits and healing! Your second story is that your younger brother plays the char and you tell him "each specific moment" when to eat and restore. 3. Your third story is you "always" ask your brother to watch your char while you sleep and he plays other games. 3a. You play during the day and he plays the character at night while you sleep because he works nights. 4. Fourth try is your brother tried out the game for the first time last night and also downloaded a macro auto clicker last night. 5. Then you say you have never gone to forums before. My comments to those: 1. Probably closest to the truth but you knew darn well he was logged in and afk training and more. 2. Not likely lol. 3. Why would your brother need to watch your char overnight while you sleep? And why would he want to? 3a. Connection logs don't agree with this. 4. Lol. 5. Obviously not true as you made another account 2 months ago and deleted it. So we know those all can't be true at the same time. Also quite a coincidence there was some @6 chat just a few days ago about macros, and that spawned more chat elsewhere. I got a lot of questions about it. I didn't know that simple auto-click could be considered a macro, I made a mistake in doing it! I was wrong! I apologize for this mistake and for the whole story behind it! I just couldn't believe I was losing all of this, and I made a bad excuse to you! I admit my mistake! It was the first and only time I used this program in Eternal Lands, especially because I found out recently about the possibility of farming Orcs. It was me... I apologize for all the trouble and wasted time! But even so, I ask that you give me a vote of confidence, and that you don't permanently remove me from the Eternal Lands community! Please! I did use autoclick with my alt in the orc cave, this high click only works to click on the fruits, and to click on the healing magic, and it does this at a certain time, every 6 minutes in my case! It was the only and first time I used it in EL, and I really regret using it! However, the game does me a lot of good, for the friendships and for passing the time! In such difficult days, I apologize for the inconvenience! I apologize for lying! I am very embarrassed by all my actions, and I feel very humiliated by it! I would like and beg you for a lighter sentence regarding this error! My first error, and the only one that will happen! I promise not to break any more rules of the game and the community! But please, remove the blocks from my IP and my accounts! I really need to play, I really need to keep myself busy with this! I'm having a bad time without EL to satisfy me a little! I'm sure your friends that helped you set up the macro can tell you that as well) The only macro I used was the autoclick one, there was no other, I don't have any friends involved, and forgive me once again for mentioning it before, I was terrified to ask for my characters, and the possibility of playing, sorry also for filling your PM and the Forum with so many messages, it's my anxiety disorder screaming here! I'm sorry for so much, I did use the high-click macro, it just clicks on a certain place where the button is located on the screen!
