can't enter the game / connection failed

Hello here I have a problem that is I can't enter or create characters in the game because the connection keeps failing and I use mobile data

If your provider blocks port 2000, there's nothing we can do.

 

But in that case, you shouldn't get any connection to the server. If you do get a connection,
