pk_hitman Report post Posted July 21, 2020 Hello, Looking to get some help on a possible graphics issue. About 2 weeks ago EL crashed and upon reopening the game displayed multiple horizontal green lines across the client (See attached pic). Some things I've done to troubleshoot the problem are below. Please advise. Tried to: Restart PC Reinstall EL Run windows update Run dell update Update Graphics Card Driver Enable Vsync Adjust FPS in-game PC stats Dell XPS 13 Intel i7 8th Gen 8 GB Ram Windows 10 64 bit OS Intel UHD Graphics 620 (Driver date 5/19/2020)

Elywynn Report post Posted July 22, 2020 When I got weird graphical issues after a crash of the client, it helped to just delete the el.ini file. and start the client again. Afaik a new el.ini file will be created automatically then with clean default settings. Maybe worth a try?

bluap Report post Posted July 23, 2020 (edited) If it was fine before, both old and new clients have the problem and a fresh el.ini does not fix it then it could something else with your system. If you had a crash and it has been and issue since then could be a hardware issue? Have you had other crashes before? Does other software work OK? Have you tried other games that may stretch the GPU? It may be worth doing a system check such as a memory check of your GPU. TBH, I'm guessing a bit. Edited July 23, 2020 by bluap
Aislinn Report post Posted July 23, 2020 How did you update the graphics card driver? Through Windows updates or directly from the card manufacturer’s website? If from Windows, try updating directly from Intel.
