dark_wizzie1 Report post Posted April 26, 2013 My bad, I'm the author of the last 3 threads in this forum section but it seems like I'm the only guy making threads here, lol. 32/48/4/4/6/18, 81/85 a/d Above are my stats. I'm wondering what I should put my pickpoints in. I heard if I raise physique like I want to (and to increase emu), I do too much damage while training? Then some think I should put it into instinct, some say vitality. I really don't know the game mechanics well enough to make an informed decision. Thanks guys! Domino Report post Posted April 26, 2013 Here are attributes explained:P. http://el-wiki.net/Attributes I say this: - if your train is ok, meaning you rarely take damage and rarely miss a hit, that keep your pp for the moment - if you need to hit more than add some reasoning - if you get hit often than you need some instinct. Yes, physique will increase the damage you make and decrease the damage you take, To increase the damage you make you can also use a sword. Armor decreases the damage you take(like phys) and defense increases your chance to avoid being hit(like instinct). Also you should read this. http://www.eternal-lands.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=51536 Scroll after all the monsters and you will get to a section explaining combat system. (or directly search for "Understanding Criticals")
dragon_killer Report post Posted April 26, 2013 I would put 6 pp in instinct and 4 pp in reaso and train fluffs. your physique is good enough up to 95 a/d. when you ll get 100 aiming for 40 physique should be nice
hussam Report post Posted April 26, 2013 Get your vitality up to 20, your instinct up to 8 and add some more reasoning (at least 4 more points).
Grort Report post Posted April 26, 2013 I don't like instinct. 40/48/12/16/8/12 are my attributes. I see more point in putting PP into vit and getting mana+toughness at this stage than into instinct for only dodging. But this is my opinion.
JoeButler Report post Posted April 29, 2013 It all depends on yourself too be honest. Some hate will, others love it. Alot say dont put phys higher than coord, but i actually prefer it, and its worked for me fine. My stats are 24/16/8/8/8/8 and its generally good for most things, if not excellent for anything.
