Smee Report post Posted August 18, 2009 (edited) Halosmee and WeaverDAS are hosting the second annual NFL football league. last year we had about 15 participants, and are hoping it grows this year. The more that play, the bigger the pot and the more fun. It is fun and quite simple to play...Send Halosmee or WeaverdAS a forum PM or PM in game with your e-mail address so that we can e-mail you an invite to join the league. How the league works: Every week, all players must pick winners/losers for each game that week. The person who predicts the most games wins. You will also have to pick a total score for the Monday night game in case of a tie. If 2 or more players tie at the end of each week the winner is the player whose predicted total points came closest to the Monday night game's actual total points scored. Entry fees will be 100-300gc per week for each player for a total of 1,700gc-5100gc for the whole regular season. The winner of each week gets the whole pot. If everyone wants we can have an additional 500gc per person to go towards a bigger pot for the overall season winner. If we get enough interest in this we will move forward to the next step...the more players we get the bigger the pot and the more fun it will be...so let's go people, NFL season is BACK!! weaverdas Report post Posted August 22, 2009 Update on gc/week: All who have been asked have said they prefer at least 300 gc per week per player with a grand prize for the season of 500 gc per player. If anyone forgets to make their picks at any time during the season Forum PM them to me or weaverdas here so we can make them for you. If we have to submit your picks after the first game of the week you will be given the losing team for that week by default, but can still try to salvage the rest of your week, and also 'season over-all winner' points. good luck and have fun all!
