Hmmm i happen to have a few in sto...and guess what? it does....even says so in description description: Warlock's cloak - 8 magic protection, provides some camouflage. when i do #arm while wearing it...it says -5 light modifier Edit: Ops... just checked..its -5......still it gives camouflage. Compared to nmt its -8 (nmt gives +3 light modifier) camouflage cape gives -20 light modifier btw (just checked that as well to be complete).
