I would hate to see their cooldown time increase as that would also mean their price would drop also, making summoning even less of something to make a profit off of D:

Summoning was never before something you could make a profit of. And it was never intended to be an easy skill either.

Yes, and this in turn meant that summoning should stay unprofitable and a nightmare to level forever?

I don't see a problem in that. If you don't wanna level it, noone is making you.

Besides, what fun is left in summoning? Hey, look at me, I'm mixing stones like an ordinary alchemist is mixing his essences.

Back in the days summoners were your best asset on the PK grounds and they had fun being there..

Well, i think most summoners are happy. At least they aren't harvesting blue lupines to buy wolf furs anymore. :confused: And nothing forbids you to go to WS summoning arena and train there. Btw, to summon biggies, its a bit cheaper to summon using mix command.

If summons stones used the mana it costs to summon the monster/animal normally, it will be better, or put the cooldown as upwards of 10 seconds as I said befor.

What exactly is the problem with the summons? The strong monsters are pretty expensive, and the weak ones are useless, with bronze armor.

Maybe increase the Summons that have magic attributes be 10 seconds, other can stay, as I don't see soemone summoning 3 Giants, unless the opponent is cooldowned.

Because its annoying:

When both start to summon...your constantly fighting summons (bears/tigers) and not eachother....like i said: the summons should be a side help and not the main pk dish imo...when i go pk i like to kill players (basicly) and not monsters.

Ad to that that the tigers and bears are too powerfull....they mana drain / cooldown way to easy for such a weak monster (with tit/steel armour).

+ it makes Pking needlesly more expensive..you can easily use 15-20+ stones in a long fight.

ICD?

no1 wears bronze armor for pk?

lots of summons = -5 def?

summons = lag?

summons = free mana?

i can kill enemy with 1 tiger.

my enemys just diss if i summon a giant.

and if i summon tiger + giant its a damn waste cuz giant = 23k and rosto the enemy loses is 15k :icon13:

Yet another good reason to wear bronze and/or warlock capes, yes?

nah, just magic immune and nothing will cooldown u anymore.

still, like ambro said, i fight more summons then ppl... i got x10 bears on kill counter as people..

i tried to test magic prot. i think the spell does as much prot as warlock cloak.

this cloak is a useless item imo. bears/tigers still cooldown u often lol, no chance in pk with warlock cloak + how to wear nmt/mirror then while fighting? we will break k's of stuff.

maybe thats what u want, but people will NEVER use warlock cloak/bronze plate in pk.

bronze is useless for pk anyway since it gives lots of -acc and stuff.

Because pkers can't handle the fact that without these stones most people couldn't kill them compared to now. They also work well with same lvled people esspecially with cooldown and mana drain thus creating a heavy advantage for most pkers under 100 a/d.

How can lower a/d ppl ever kill me when i use stones as well?

Never happend to me...usually i kill the weaker player even faster when i start to use stones as well.

A properly equipped high level player would have no problem handle lots of small summons.

What is it that actually helps against summons, magic protection or resistance?

(talking about the attributes shown in #arm)
