"I glow in the dark" description

The description of "I glow in the dark" perk at Wraith is: "Cause 5 points of damage to any enemy in combat"

 

That doesn't explain much of the effect, maybe something like "every time you hit or are hit, your opponent gets 5 damage" could be added (and btw, does <any enemy> refer to multicombat? )
