ttlanhil Report post Posted June 10, 2005 the encyclopedia has harvesting-> diamond at base XP of 8, I'm guessing this is a typo for 38 alchemy-> air ess is listed as unused magic->mana drain says human, perhaps this could be changed to player or person oh, another point, would it be a good idea to state if essences can be enriched? crusadingknight Report post Posted June 10, 2005 (edited) OK, corrected - I'll re-release the encyclopedia tomorrow (above corrections, new NPC locations, etc.) I'm considering stating which essences can be enriched... but that is something which will probably be subject to change very shortly (as in more, etc.), and I can't record the chances to make each enriched essence, because the can vary from week to week. Learner Report post Posted June 10, 2005 I would ignore stting what essences can be enriched and just assume that they all will be able to be enriched. It makes sense if some can be enriched they all could be.
ttlanhil Report post Posted June 10, 2005 just a note at the bottom of the entry that they can be enriched is probably sufficient. optionally, a bit more info about what the enriched version is used for. stuff like chance to make is probably better left out, even if it was constant, so that's not much of an issue ta ~ttl
crusadingknight Report post Posted June 11, 2005 OK, I've released the newest version (Same file as before: http://www.rootshell.be/~bremac/lang-1.0.2.zip ). If nobody finds any bugs, I'll make a patch for the elc cvs, and hope this is the last version before the update.
Lachesis Report post Posted June 13, 2005 (edited) Why have you included the older revisions (.#-files) and CVS-Information in the ZIP archive? Can you please make a patch for encyclopedia.xml at once, it is easier for me to look at the modifications for finding format bugs of that file, since AFAIK the last revision was bug-free Edited June 13, 2005 by Lachesis

I'll do that ASAP. @ Puntif: Which archiver are you using? (I hope my /usr/bin/zip isn't screwed up... or maybe it's my FTP site, since you're the first to report problems. ) EDIT: Updated. Better now? Edited June 13, 2005 by crusadingknight
