Goverment of White Stone 1. How is the King chosin? IS he voted by the people? or is it by family and how close one is to the leader. 2. He is not elected he inherited the title after killing his father. Lord Luxin's father was a despotic ruler who waged war against the gnomes. Very little is known of the grandfather.
