cash for gc

Recommended Posts

What if you had a place on the el website, where if you donate money you get gc ingame? It would help pay for expenses and make it easier to make some money for newer players. I worked this out today and to really make it worth peoples money I think 200gc for every (usd) dollar would be about right. :P

:D I sold 100k for $10, and decided that my price was too low. I figure $1 should buy you around 5-10k. One has to take into account how long it takes to amass the gold, and also how else could a player make gc from dollars? Thermal tit serp sword is $90, sells for about 300k ingame. That's about 3.333k per dollar. Gen Axe book could be bought for $5, and sells for what, 60k now? 12k per dollar. I bought 12 EWE's for $10 some time ago, sold em for about 120k... 12k per dollar there too. Of course, they're worth less now that everyone's making em.

<_< At these prices, there's no way you should get 200k for $1. Maybe for $20.

:) Who woulda guessed that I'd take a simple game and complicate things with economics? lol.

Its already implemented, kinda. You can buy efe on the site: $5 = 6 efe. You can then sell the efe to a bot. I believe adarah pays 5k for efe.

And Daxon, the game currently suffers from deflation (failing prices) not inflation.

:D 5k for EFE? They're still 6-7k on player market, right? Still, even at that price, you're getting 36k-42k for $5, or at most about 8k per dollar. For 5k apiece it's 6k per dollar. You're better off buying gen axe book for $5 and selling for 60k if they still go for that. 12k per dollar.

:D That's about the value of the economy, last I checked.
