IMHO, the BDS is just an expensive poser's cutlass.blue dragon sword tbh
Indeed

You need 8-10 people sitting in battle hall.
....5 is enough for all invance I've done (4060, 6080, 80100).
And been wondering if there was any technical problems preventing you from having a separate invance map per range (sorry if this has been asked before).

Mortos is a giant \o/

More missions +1

Use a cutlass on the harder mobs, and for the mobs you find easier, wield a scythe
-
keep leveling the ol' fashion way: by doing the skill. You can already level a/d quickly (haidir, darithia, do we really need anymore a/d boosters), and the Big Books of Crafting and Manu are cheap. Any more exp boosters would be unneeded imo.

Gypsum weighs that much because it's not ment to be easy to get to sto, and should remain so. So man up and mule!
-
You need +28 magic lvls to make a spell failsafe, ya? So lvl 50-72 is a good place to put them, meaning failsafe is somewhere near lvl 100. Lvl 100-120 magic for casting would mean you need 128-148 to be failsafe.... err, no

What he is saying is, your giving an advantage to those that can pay/want to pay RL $$$ that F2P can't get, and there is already an option for those willing to pay $$$, a $20 sto bot. Why not add 100 extra slots for everyone? I'd assume that would be easier than giving certain people different numbers of slots. But really, I only use 170 slots, so this doesn't affect me. But remember it's ment to be a F2P....

Maybe decrease the amount of mana given in Aluwens Blessing, maybe make that 75-100, or make the weight/number of ings large to counter balance the large benefit, but apart from that, I quite like (although I always understood buffer spells to be like our shield/MI/Cold Protection spells, but w/e ) Would be interesting if mages could have spells to make them genuinely useful in instances by spellcasting.
And I agree with InfectioN, possibly make it so it only works in non-PK maps, since mages are already quite powerful in that area.

Big Books and Dailies make it so easy to level up quickly (my a/d shot up since implemented). That idea wouldn't affect me anyhow (godless) and buying xp in a supposedly free-to-play game is a ridiculous prospect.

Orick - I've completed it with no tank. you just need a couple fighter builds in mid range, maybe a ranger or two. Maybe add 1-2 MCW, and see if it works. if not, revert to how it is. But remember, keep it so non-fighter builds can still go without pure fighters
-
Even with large numbers at ore, it's still quite possible to harv without too much difficulty, the odd shuffle to let someone out is all that's needed
-
...and now suddenly Wing Members want to know why they are Blocked form Iggy with #nU and can't use my Trade Bots,( not all #nU Bots are mine, just a couple of them, and if the Guild wants to allow others to use THEIR Bots, so be it...just not gonna' happen from MY Bots )...well now you know.
I think this is what he's trying to convey
#IG/PM woulda been better than setting himself up to public execution

Not about profit I think, but 160hrs time means you wait 6.667 days between instance, while 180 means 7.5 days between instance. For people with limited play time, 160 is a better fit, you can go, say, every sunday, without having to splash out of scales, and as your a RM have already said, 160/180 make little difference to people using scales to farm.
And in my posts, you'll see I never talk about instances I haven't attended.
-
20Hrs earlier... makes no difference to farming, but that's a day earlier for someone to go. 160hrs works good, let's you go once, every week, on same day at roughly same time. Having done only 6080 and 80100 instances, i can't comment about higher instances, and won't bother to, but it makes no logical sense to have 6080 have higher insta cooldown, since it has a team less often and isn't as good as 80100 in terms of drops (from what I have experianced).
Bring it down to 160 for 6080. That is not enough for it to be farmed anymore than currently. JoeB is in that range, and so he can see the problems for those who do it, and while he commented on the higher instances without experiancing them, i fear some of yous are commenting on 6080 when you've not done them for a long period of time
So, yeah...

-Have summoned monsters give the summoner combat xp for the damage the familiar does. Might make an interesting alternative to training by yourself: Level summoning and train combat a little faster at the cost of cash.
Sorry i can see people summoning tank bunny, and training on them. Get 2x as much exp.
I agree that this shouldn't be implemented, but don't understand what you ment JoeB.
-
120 is too low for instance you can reduce. Again, just give them same cooldown as 80100
-
Why disputes topic after 7yrs?
-
Was always confused why 80100 had lower cooldown than 6080. Maybe lower 6080 cooldown to the same as 80100, you get roughly the same value of drops, and both instances would still be balanced.
-
That solution would work
-
As I've said previously, the a/d exp you make in PK is neglible, because the number of rounds you get experiance for ends really early in the fight. If you want exp, there's still haidir/darithia/training. This idea is unlikely to be implemented if you allow people to occupy the map:
- preventing people who actually want to PK in there and use it for the intention of PKing
- to get safe place to PvP train with a friend, with no risk apart from a plat coin you'll never drop, because you'll tele out when your finished your PvP training.
no exp makes sense.
- preventing people who actually want to PK in there and use it for the intention of PKing
-
No to untradables! I don't want to have to level manufacture to a high level to get the best armor ingame, why should I? In roleplaying terms, it makes no sense disallowing certain items to be traded - if a mixer wants to flog the products of their labour, it's their decision.

Yeah.... don't punish those who play by #ii, i think that was the main idea of this thread
