  1. No drops KF

i'm still on training mode but will go pk there a bit i guess. 115+ a/d here. (top 90-110 or so )
  2. The Chim Project

yes i don't even read anything anymore >.< people who are wrong think they are right so u can't even discuss with them ^^ This is like 2 deaf people talking to eachother...
  3. A/D Cap @ 130

lets put it at 170 before anyone passes it and 160 on a/d
  4. A/D Cap @ 130

ask players that have 130+ a/d if they would be ok - we shouldn't just think of making changes like this for "the good of the community" (we are not a communist gaming sect or whatever socialist thing). We should ask the people first concerned by this "eventual change" if they want to get their stats lowered.
  5. The Chim Project

You obviously h4x, don't you? he h4x t3h bank for free $$$ irl so he doens't have to work and keep playing 24/7 <3
  6. The Chim Project

P/c for them ? 40/114 or 40/124 ? people were mass perked unlike the chim @ 48/76 you don't need perks for this p/c tbh... still yeti wasn't designed for training..
  7. The Chim Project

yes, this is exactly the point >.< we don't even get same xp/h we get lower if we start training chims wtf? moreover supplies on training chim are way more costly : break, essence and things... so why train them if its to pay more and get even less xp? simply no point. Exactly what might be intended: stop training, start PKing/doing something else instead. Move the soft-cap to 130 and make it a hard, i.e. real one. Anyways, will probably start a new thread about this there aer already more than 50 people above 130 we cannot go back >.> Says who? I wouldn't object to a 130s a/d cap even though i'd lose over 20 levels and from talking to other ppl over 130s i don't think they'd object that much either lol well go for it ^^i never suggested a cap on a/d because of people like mp/gnny aesop who are at 140s+ lol ^^ they work they did for it is huge so...

  10. The Chim Project

mcw was boxable before cap, yeti wasn't, this is in no way comparable. And yeti was designed to be multied not the chims.
  11. The Chim Project

In the past, Radu himself has questioned why people dont use f/m.chims more for training. It is not a creature designed to be only killable by groups. They are killable now by a single person np, the only difference my change will make, at all, is that a person with 48/48 p/c and enough a/d/r/i will be able to do it barefist instead of with a weapon. i know radu did, but for some reason most of ad trainers think the weapons in the game are only for bragging around. I would say if you cant hit a creature for more than 0 HP then use a sword to hit it, myself cant hit a clops with a bone. does that make it un trainable? Hell no i just use a sword and i can do some damage, do i make uber xp? No sir but the oa i make is way more than i could ever reach doing other things. if u use a sword u get more xp on feros / hour so better not use a sword and stay on weaker creatures. A we said, u get more xp on feros/fluff than chim, when chimmy is stronger than feros or fluff.. you have the auto alch and auto manu etc no ? the game isn't designed on damage based for xp. it is impossible to change, and lets say make attack xp damage based, how calculate the def ?
  12. The Chim Project

    amen.
  13. The Chim Project

chim is not a monster designed to be multi, and it was possible to box is before the cap because of higher p/c, read what i said : 48/76 = 62 matter our build now is limited at 48 matter.
  14. The Chim Project

been years because of the too low attributes of fluffy... but i agree attributes of fluff are too low for their a/d... 70s can train on 95s "LOL"
  15. The Chim Project

Ok, so after reading this topic here is what i have came up too : People who vote no are : People who : -have been able to train chims with P+C > 96 (aesop stated 48/76 p/c for mcw or something like that) so high toughness -didn't have the feros/fluff problem because they moved to yeti etc -who are scared we would multi them in bethel/RoT etc -are scared therefore we would catch their stats But did we ask for a stats change that would let us be able to multi easier ? NO - as with the cap our might is limited at 48, we cannot deal damage to it, and aesop's build had a might build at 62. i would gladly not change the chims stats and get 48/76, but it is not possible for us to train it with 120 a/d and 48 p/c What we are proposing is : Change toughness/armor so we would be able to hit it at 48 p/c which is already the maximum matter we can get. Reduce spawn time a bit ? could be discussed and not done if by reducing armor we would get the ~300k/h they used to have before cap. Reducing armor and toughness is bad for multi you know - and besides, we are not asking for chim damage reduce or crit hit. (which would be good for multi ) What i noticed about people training chims now such as badflip : their stats isn't 120s but more like 130s - chim is 115 a/d Nevertheless, after have spoken with conavar, we thought that if we reduce some chim stats, people training on feros ~90s-125s a/d would go straight to the chims for better xp even. So maybe just don't change thet stats so people in 90s a/d cannot train them but keep respawn time lower on the chim. AND remove the ts effect on a/d so people would train monsters their real level, would prevent the spawns from being full. We are like 300+ people with feros stats. by doing this we would move the higher part of the feros trainers to chims solving the chim + feros/fluff spawn problem in the same time. edited few things. oh and thoses changes are not for a few people's build such as Korrode's. You know, he has maybe 36/48 p/c quite ok R/I - i have 48/48/4/8 p/c/r/i which is a complete different build, but i am still on korrode's opinion.
  16. The Chim Project

duh this is getting silly... I don't understand anyway why people don't want to change FC stats if it doesn't affect them anyway. -_-' ~TK.
  17. The Chim Project

Don't like it! There wouldn't be much difference between d chims now and your f chims / m chims then, they would be killable at d chim levels much too easy imo. If they are too strong for you why reduce toughness and armor and not damage, matter and dexterity? Or get all stats closer to d chim level to reduce the gap but not down to d chim stats! Please explain why you think you need these changes so bad! For ideas 2 and 3: I don't care, if it helps you fine.. you should read korrode's topic before saying all this, and everything i said about MC/FC First to get xp you need to hit, but if the damage you make is 0 you don't get xp. So you need to Hit + Make Damage. High armor and toughness will prevent you from making damage., you will hit but no xp coz no damage on the chim. The point is that we are not trying to make FC / MC easy to kill, they are already easy to kill, just put on your sword. We want them trainable with regular stats. We need it to keep its a/d to have better xp than from DCW, but to have lower toughness and armor thats all (i was also thinking of lowering criticals because they are too high imo :] 48/20 p/v 120 def and full tit i get hit at 30s sometimes from MCW. Also reduce repop time.
  18. The Chim Project

make it single combat and pay back my tinf perk kk ?
  19. invasion tokens

yes yes more more supplies used divide by 4 the xp i get so u have the single spawn xp/hour : 200k - if changes are made for the chim so we can get decent def and attack i expect 300k/h a/d xp ~800xp/gc spent (without counting armor break of course ) well i meant, chims are definetly more expensive than feros or fluffy for training + they don't have good drops (no nmt or cape... but.. wait.. do feros still drop nmts ? question lots of people are wondering about nowadays ) critical hit makes you restore a lot more and break a lot more armor :\ and korrode i need this def xp for someting else later i absolutely don't want attack xp (thats why i got a bronze set ^^for -8 accu :]) edit.. nvm the topic is about cockatrices anyway :]
  20. invasion tokens

Yeah ok so it turns out Iron Broad or Ti short doesn't inflict all too many crit-to-dmg hits or whatever, how does that help with the fact that a feros is still much better exp because of the f.chim's long ass respawn time? fc/mc still unbalanced comapred to the easy p you can have on feros and fluffy anyway :] you know you will get more xp on thoses creatures... even if you get more xp/h on fcw/mcw than you would get on feros anyway, you would just waste your time gathering gc to fill up your storage with the essences i'll just show u something with my feros, i spend 1 gc for 1,6k xp (if i count at market price its 1.3k xp/gc spent) at 360-380k/h (and thousands of gc drops some capes etc so actually i earn money with this training )- with my chims i make 206 xp/gc and 0 drops @ 800k/hour so lets say, the feros training is 8x cheaper but only 2.5 times slower ^^ the time i spend to gather my supplies for 800k/h.. i better do feros during that time
  21. invasion tokens

i already stated about the alch/manu etc skills in another topic saying that thoses skills are more about ressources than training a/d, you don't need a spawn to train manu or alch kk ? ^^ @korrode, next server update i will go try some mcw @ 20i but as for the fcw you should try again with 48 p/c and some swords :] quick edit : i don't whine a lot with my 800k xp / hour :] but my training method is not a solution, really, for anyone my levels.
  22. invasion tokens

ummm no, this post is about (in)effective use of invasion tokens but if people want to waste their tokens... its not your problem i think You are really that "Antisocial" or you just roleplay ? i'm french edit : i don't give a f*** about what people do, I consider them grown enough to respect what should be the best thing to do. If they think cockatrice are best in Kusa, so be it. I am not the police, I am not trying to regulate what people do in their lives unlike a few people here who are "omg, cockatrice in Kusa, f*** it and put it somewhere else" radu pointed the MM cape / perk :]. I think if you are not happy with the situation, don't complain and do something about it. The game would have ended nowhere if radu would always listen to people complaining about the slightest change, or if listenend to people everytime... But i agree somtimes, that some stuff must not change and that the players must adapt to the game.
  23. invasion tokens

ummm no, this post is about (in)effective use of invasion tokens but if people want to waste their tokens... its not your problem i think a/d training is not comparable for now to the other skills because you don't need 10 million + xp yet to train one of your levels, we are just sking for more balanced creatures @ korrode yeah, i checked after on EL-cel the stats and was lazzy to correct, i'm having some problems with my graphic card atm need to be fixed^^ i have done on the test server some testing about the fcw : pvping with fc @ 114/121/48/48/32/16/4/32 a/d or so, hit it with an iron sword; but the xp i get out of it isn't as good as the one i get from the fluff and feros when i am tsed. As for the mcw i didn't try it because the stats were too low on a/d but you can find a weapons that would add little damage so u would hit for 3-10 my I too ow so no good blocking ^^ the problem on the chims is just the critical hit because you cannot block a critical hit...
  24. invasion tokens

this topic is about people who are complaining about cockatrices because they will pwnt them, thats all, and thats how we arrived on training a/d subject. And by the way, without a/d trainers ur whole economy would be fucked up because we are the one using all your supplies. Would people buy HE/sr armor if they ad 40-100k ess in sto and 20 sets of armors ?
  25. invasion tokens

Korrode, i think mc and fc toughness / armor is fine, you can damage it by boxing @ 48 p/c, just the crit hit is too much... and btw for 700+/h i spend 5k gc on supplies / hour too + i can't hold the spawn so long so its more gc for alchers / potioners, and i have 4x more chance to break an armor than the regular training. But yes, indeed, more spawns needed, because fc/mcw is not trainable at regular stats and here is what i wanna try to point out : Fluffy a/d 95 - trainable from 70s a/d Feros 105/90 a/d - trainable from 80s a/d Now : Dcw 100/100 a/d trainable starting 100s a/d but would get lower xp than the two previous monsters. Fcw 115/115 a/d trainable ? if yes, you need more than 115 a/d for it, i think 120s - you would get lower xp from it than fluff feros. Mcw 125/125 trainable ? if yes, 130+ def needed or so... so there : you can trian the fluff when you are 20+ a/d lower than it - you can train the feros about 10-20 a/ds lower than it - You CANNOT train chims if your a/d is lower than it, you need minimum 5-10 more a/d so.. whats the point of having chims ? i don't understand much so please enlighten me :]
