  1. ~~ Really, I guess you don't mix or fight then. Tell people on an instance that half cooldowns are not so special and when fighting in an invasion, instance and invance, extra mana is always welcome. Bad days are there as a gc sink. Removal stones cost money and remove it from the game. No more new days, I'd like to see a recycle day more often then we do. They make up for all them crit fails. Gc sink? what gc sink? You mean when you buy a bd removal from another player? thast not a sink, thats just gold switching hands. Extra mana is always welcome, but if you think that you can't add any more spec days, because there are already too many, removing the oens with least applications is kinda the way to go, imo.
  2. We could replace not-so special days with the new ones. Like, day of mana and half cooldowns are both not so special. Along with all the bad days, that get 100% removed, which makes them 100% pointless.

    Worthless arguments. Just because there are things that make lvling easier, and just because we had to go through it, doesnt mean that we should stop introducing ways to remove the anoying parts of the game. Yeah thats what i meants. Just used wrong words

    I dont believe this item would suit low levels, as it indeed would be quite expensive. It would help mid/high level players, who mix in ammounts of 10-50k, which takes hours. It would be faster and easier, as I usually mix as a secondary task, meaning I waste probably ~30-50% of my time only because of fails. Its also quite anoying when you pick a new skill to level and you fail most of the time til you gain some levels.

    Hi, Water looks blue, with no reflection or anything. The laptop im playing on has 3rd gen i5 with GF 635m (2GB) and 8gb ddr3 RAM. Water reflection is enabled @ the settings and drivers are up to date. Help would be appreciated p.s. running win7 64bit. p.s.s. I also noticed the Lightning is Black. S its really ugly and anoying. Is there any way to fix it?

    /FIXED. It came to my attention that my laptop was using intel HD4000 for EL instead of my nVidia gpu. I manually changed the gpu for EL to nVidia and now I have my water reflections (as well as better graphic settings). Step by step if anyone has the same problem -> 1. Open nVidia control panel (start->search nVidia) 2. go to manage 3D settings 3. select "global settings" tab 3. change "preferred graphics processor" to High performance NVIDIA processor. or go to "program settings" tab and change the settings for EL only. EDIT: omg.. i realized i was using HD4000 for many other games as well. I.E. Minecraft was running @ 25fps constanly, now i get a stable 60 (vsync). Intel really need to get their shit together.

    Just for the record, i never managed to fix it. Evene after completely reinstalling windows it wasnt fixed.

    Antisocial gives 10pp. Compare it to HS perk and see whats the difference. Not to mention, even if you know places for outdoors mining, you are still heavily handicapped for having to walk longer distances. I agree, that the perk is really niche and is much more inconvenient/expensive than most of the other perks. Although, I do not agree, that matter conglomerates require a bigger market. Harvesting medallions are already difficult to buy.

    I dont think alchemy needs any change tbh. Its very easy to level it, and unlike manu, you make money by making essies/bars. The skills that need change are those that cost a lot to level up or are very slow to level up, that would be sum, man, craft, eng, tailoring and ranged. And im not saying (and never did), that the formula i proposed is the right one, nor did i say it would be the same for all skills. It was just an example how its possible to fix one of a few problems with current skills. My suggestion wouldnt fix the cost/speed of leveling those skills, nor the market prices, it would mostly affect OA. But it certainly be more attractive to level them up, knowing that you at least get some decent Overall exp, whereas now the only good OA exp comes from a/d, and somewhat OK exp from alc, potion, harv and magic.

    No im not. Everything in my math is 100%, just coz youre bad at math doesnt mean others are as well. If you do the math yourself, you can clearly see that. Just for you: Exp needed for lv28 : 170,691 Exp needed for lv28+10 : 701,142 Exp needed for lv33 : 364,153 Exp needed for lv33+10 : 1,116,262 just in case, 28+10 = 38 and 33+10 = 43. p.s. IDK about you, but i started mixing leather gloves at lv0 (+manu pots) and moved to helms a bit later on. The most sensible thing to do. Even if you DO want to start with lv1 items, you wont get affected much. Especially seeing that you can get better OA exp after the change, which is the whole point.

    Your math is wrong. Use simple logic. If you want to reach 100exp gaining 1exp per item, it will take 100 items, If your want to reach 150exp gaining 1.5exp per item, it will take 100items. Lets do some math. You want get 10 levels above s2e recommended level. Youre making leather helms. Current s2e recommended level: 28, you want lvl38. Exp needed for lvl38: 701,142. After the 100% increase recommended level 32-33 (lets take 33 for the sake of the argument), you want lvl43. Exp needed for lv43: 1,116,262. To reach lv38 of manu making leather helms (45exp each), you need to make 15,580 leather helms. To reach lv43 of manu making leather helms (90exp each), you need to make 12,403 leather helms. So you can clearly see that getting higher than recommended level is easier after the change. This isnt true for higher level items though, which will need the same amount of items to reach (higher than) recommended levels. Sure, items will fail more when you are lv0, and before your train yourself up to the first training item. And i understand this wont be implemented, because it would upset high level people, which is bad for business as it is now. Nor am i saying this is the right thing to do. Just trying to give some ideas for the possible change. And the change is VERY MUCH needed.

    Yes it is. Just coz you discussed the market only, doesnt mean that the thread is about market only. Anyway, i meant to agree with OP that skills need change. Currently a/d is by far the best skill for OA leveling, and i think this needs a change.

    The prices are not the only thing that needs change. Its pretty obvious, that a/d is the best experience out there. For a mixer/miner getting pickpoints is SO MUCH harder, and in my opinion this needs change, too. Increasing exp gained from mixing skills as well as level required to make things would probably help a little. i.e. Increase exp gained by 50%. Leather helm Current exp: 45 Current recommended level: 10 After the change exp: 67 After change recommended level: 12 (exp required from 2881 to 4321, rounding up at 12 level). I.E.2 Experience gained increased by 50%. Ring of disengagement. Current exp: 115 Current recommended level: 27 After the change exp: 173 After change recommended level: 29 I.E 3 Experience increase 100%, titanium plate mail. Current exp: 2800 Current recommended level: 62 After the change exp: 5600 After change recommended level: 72 This wouldnt impact the skill itself(if increasing exp for all items of the skill by the same percentage), but would increase OA gain from skills, making them somewhat better for leveling OA.

    EL and my cideo driver crashs at the same time. Happens at random and relativelly often. Im usually browsing with mozilla or watching vids when it happens (although thats all i ever do).     thanks. I dont know if it stops crashing with downgraded drivers. I havent used for long enough, the crashes happen randomly, and i just dont want to wait a day or two to check it. Anyway, since i discovered part of the problem, i can live with it. Doesnt happen when im doing something actively, and when i harving crashes just occasionally. thanks for the help
