  1. s2e for hydro

Yes, it's very strange a guy (or several guys making turns) spend the 24 hours, seven days every week for blockading a resource without an obvious gain. What he gains burning another players' rostos?
  2. In my humble opinion, Radu never will sell rostogols in a NPC. The reason is very clear: Radu wants $$$$ for the items the players buy in EL shop. If he sells the rostos for gc in a NPC, many players would buy them with gc (and prolly that gc would be bought from players, not from Radu himself) so that would be a disastrous business. P.S.: I can be wrong too. Radu said in the past that he won't sell gc for $ when several players asked for to him and now he's selling . Who knows?
  3. Expiringbots, November 2015

Fees for Lightpresent, EL_Cid and Eternal_Trader paid. Check your e-mail for confirmation.
  4. don't trust "to whom it may concern"

Sorry for your loss, Brusu. I think if you prove Isusbarbosul scammed you and your friend, you have a point. Then maybe the EL players will ask Radu if Isusbarbosul namechanged, and maybe Radu will tell. Radu did it in the past with infamous scammers.
  5. don't trust "to whom it may concern"

Brusu, you should to post screenshots and logs. Some players who support this guy won't believe it if you don't provide proofs.
  6. 466k Bones auction.

    I offer 0 gc each.
  7. El-service.net not reachable

    Thanks.
  8. Trade bots' code

In another forum, a guy is saying EL trade bots scam the customers. I'm not a programmer, but being a bot owner I'm sure at least the bots in el-services server can't scam. Each bot server has its own programming code and I realized a strange thing. Adarah is a unique bot because is the only bot (as far as I know) that can trade with the customers directly to/from the storage and the only one that accept more items than wanted items in a trade. By example: Adarah say is buying 1 desert pines ring for 130gc each, but if I put 5 rings in the trade window there is no warning because it's buying only 1. The items above that amount are accepted, but with zero cost. If I accept the trade, the bot would take the 5 rings and pay me 130gc, so I would sell 1 ring for 130gc and donate 4 for free to the bot. I think that code should be changed to avoid a newbie or a player who doesn't know that feature can be disappointed, or a guy sow distrust over all EL bots (guilty or innocent).
  9. Trade bots' code

I think paying some gold coins less for an item if the owner changed the price before the trade is a matter and paying 0 (zero, nothing) gold coins for an item is another different matter but is my opinion. It can be wrong like every opinion. For me, trading an item for gold coins is selling but giving away an item for nothing is donating. Bots usually have a "donate" command but if you sell items without using the "donate" command before the last you think is you are donating, not selling.
  10. Trade bots' code

    - I know Adarah bot is very old. It was working the first time I played EL. Is Adarah the first trade bot created in EL? Does anyone know it? When I asked old players and mods about the reason Adarah has another different rules many of them didn't know why. The only interesting response I got was "It's because RIVA guild members helped Radu to develop EL some years ago". I don't know if they helped economically or programming some code for the server, if this is true or another rumor in the game. If anyone does know it, please tell it here. - Yes, I know there are several bot servers and every one has a different code approved by Radu. Prolly the bot behaviour in this server is a feature, not a bug, but I think it should be changed. Some player posted a dispute whined in the forum because I change prices in my bots according to the market prices. What would do a player if (by example) sells 100 items to Adarah and discovers after the trade that bot only paid for 1?
  11. Inflation/gc drops

    - I suppose you posted this as moderator, because nothing says is just your opinion as player. Doesn't you? - I understand Radu prefers players poor in gc who buy all in the shop with $, and money entering/leaving EL rate is very important too. Radu advertizes EL as a "FREE 3D fantasy MMORPG", but I understand nothing is free in this world and Radu wants money for his work (for paying server costs and some profit for him, of course) and that money comes from the shop sales. I really understand this and support it. - On the other hand, some players (not only the high level ones) spend $ in the shop but want to get some profit from the gc they earn working hard (harvesting, mixing items, micromanaging his/her bots, fighting in invasions/instances/invances....) so they can get fun and buy expensive items ingame without spending $ all the time. I suppose the only 2 ways of money leaving EL are buying in the NPCs or buying in the shop in the form of $, but some players transform the gc surplus in $ and then buy from the shop (rostogols, haidir passes, daily cooldowns, etc...). - Both sides are respectable. Keeping both sides happy is a difficult balance. Every little change in EL can have a butterfly effect: it can have a greater effect at the end and change several aspects of the game (market, bots, people buying in the shop, .... ). By example, if you change the gc drop that could change the items' price in the bots (rostogols and every item dropped by the creatures), and if the prices change that could change the amount of items bought in the shop. Some time ago I saw a player streaming an invance. Clearly it was too easy for him: he streamed all the invance, was chating by skype while was playing and even checked some steam stuff at the same time. It seems the only way a player with that level can loose a rosto is a lag spike in his/her connection or in the server. Prolly if the drop changes, that won't affect too much to that high level players because the rate (money won/money lost in the invasion, instance or invance) is still positive. That players usually spend the gc surplus buying in the shop. But another players with worse builds really work hard for completing it without loosing rostos or breaking armors/weapons. They work hard for having a positive rate. Why a fighter would risk loosing rostos, breaking armors and weapons (even sometimes rare ones) if the drop is low? - I don't have an aggresive stance, I'm just giving my opinion about this subject (and I told prolly my opinion is not the best because I'm not a fighter). If this is a democracy, giving my opinion is positive I think. If you don't want opinions opposite to yours, Radu can change it in the next update without asking for opinions. He's the owner. - I have profit, like everyone in EL who works hard and will have profit no matter if the rostogol (or any item in EL) price goes up or down because I will keep working hard. - I don't want you give up your suggestion without discussing about it. I have nothing personal against you. I want EL takes the best decision, considering before the pros and cons.
  12. Inflation/gc drops

    - I'm selling gc in another forum, yes... But is the first time I do it and that millions are the result of years working hard in EL. Another players sell many millions too, but prolly they are leaving EL or taking a little halt from playing it because the real life. Always there were rich players in EL who tried to control the market in the past. I remember a time when Learner was almost the only bot owner selling bindings, serpent stones and rostogols (very expensive), or when Luciferx spent many millions buying items in the bots and selling them after in his bots (pretty more expensive); but I don't remember radu or the mods suggesting or taking preventive measures to avoid it.... - Several players sell rostogols to my bots in big amounts, so if they do it prolly they have profit doing it (nobody like loosing money, in real life or in a game). I think you forgot a small thing: there are % shop discount coupons. With a 10% coupon you can buy 25 rostogols for 3.6$ each ~ 54K gc. High level players can get coupons almost for free in invasions, and prolly if they buy them can get some profit selling rostos too.
  13. MMORPG programming ..

My advice: use any language you want except java.
  14. Beware when trading with LightPresent

which is rather the opposite of what you claim I said... For the rest, I suggest you tone it down a bit, before this thread has to be locked for flaming (and yes, the only flaming I see here is yours). (e.g. Raz never claimed you, or one of your alts, bought stuff from his bots). As for trading with you or your bots, I'll do everything in my power to avoid it... - You insinuated I used some method for changing prices when I'm sleeping or when I'm not alert. Raz makes wrong "guessings", you just insinuate. How a bot owner can change a price in the bot if he's not awake and alert? The normal method I know and always use in EL-services bot admin webpage requires the owner typing/clicking in his/her keyboard and not sleeping. If you know another (legal) method, please explain it to me. You used the words "awake and alert" for insinuating something (or at least that seemed to me). I used that words for telling the opposite: you are wrong and I changed the prices myself. If you don't believe it , you can check as moderator I was online that day/time, talk with that bot owners or can ask me for the bot PMs but you can't insinuate I'm breaking rules without having proofs of that. - I'm not flaming. I can support all I say with proofs. It would be flaming if I would say: I guess the player X and the mod Y are a*******, but didn't do it. I try to be respectful and polite even with players who are clearly flaming me. Check your eyes in the doctor, because it seems you only see I'm flaming and don't see your partner moderator and another players. Ask them tone down a bit too, it would be the fairest thing... If you want to close this post, just do it. No problem. This post from the start is a tailor-made post for flaming Susje, whining and "b1tching" (as some person in EL says). You should change the post name to "Whine about Susje" because my bots doesn't scam or shaft the customers and I never broke the rules but several players keep whining about me. As Ikaris said: I'm not the most sympathetic player in EL, I've made many enemies because banned many scammers, BJers, resellers, bot owners using dirty tricks, alts, etc, I'm a tough (but fair) competitor as bot owner; but I don't think is needed a post in the forum for flaming me/whining or whatever. Any player can do it in the public chat channels. - Raz is banned, you not but if you don't want to buy in my bots, Ok with that. Many players everyday show me I'm doing a good job because they buy and sell in my bots (even I suspect some banned players do it in my bots using alts). The biggest problem I have now is not the lack of customers, is the time I need for having all my bots well stocked because they sell many items.
  15. Inflation/gc drops

I'm not a fighter and went to few instances (nearly all just entering) and invasions so my opinion is not the best in this case, but I think changing money drop in item drop is a loss for the fighters even if the item's selling price is equal to the gc amount dropped. Money is easy and fast to divide in equal parts for every team member. With an item the team leader must sell it in the best buying bot (prolly loosing some money because selling and buying prices can be far apart and items dropped often are cheaper) or selling it in the market (more money but is slower), or even buying it himself/herself and dividing the money with the team. I suppose instances, invances and invasions are the biggest rostogol sinks, and I suppose too rostogols are the items that provide more money to EL shop so any change should be made carefully and in accordance with the Pr0 fighters to avoid any loss to the shop.
  16. Beware when trading with LightPresent

Is that your opinion as a moderator or as a player? Player of course. Oh, nice. Another guy guessing telling lies about me but as player, not in his moderator role. Man, I don't know why you are a moderator. You are not a moderate person and you are partial with your friends and enemies. You don't like me and show it often flaming me in @@6 like another troll there. Ok, we are tied: I don't like you, but... why you don't like me? Because I have success as bot owner and you don't? Maybe I banned a friend/guildie of yours?. An advice: try to be Raz the impartial moderator and not a dark and sad guy who engages in flames with another players at the first opportunity. Being a moderator you have some responsabilities with EL. A mod who is a Pr0 flamer/troll doesn't give a good image to EL (even if he does it as a player). - I don't shut up when a player tells lies about me. - I was playing EL (awake and alert as revi said) when that 2 bot owners used his alts for buying passes in my bot, therefore I have PMs from my bot informing about trades and can use them as proof if it's needed. Even that bot owners lowered their NMTs and Titanium thermal serpents to some gcs with the hope I would do the same... . Do you have proofs for supporting your guessings lies? A forum rule tells: 4. No flames. Only valid complaints maturely stated in one post will be tolerated. A false accusation without proofs (in my humble opinion) is a flame or maybe something worse. - I never used a macro or automation in EL, as you know well so stop menacing me with bot cleaning. - Why my alts would buy or sell in your bot? You have really terrible prices . Don't worry about that. - Yes, now you are banned in my bots. Please, don't take advantage of my prices buying in my bots with your alts
  17. Beware when trading with LightPresent

Thanks for your support, Ikaris. By the way, Ikaris is not my alt/friend/guildie/relative if somebody thougth it....
  18. Beware when trading with LightPresent

Is that your opinion as a moderator or as a player?
  19. Beware when trading with LightPresent

I was awake and alert that day. I set a ridicuously low price for haidir passes and lowered the amount I was selling because I was in a price war with another 2 bot owners (they set a ridiculously low price too), and knowing the risks for doing it. They were banned, and I wanted to know who are his alts even if doing it means loosing some money. After that, they talked with me and donated back the passes to my bot, so we are friends now. Well, it's your opinion. I can have an opinion about you or Domino, or any thing in EL too. That opinion can be true or wrong, but I have the right to my opinion. Now the facts (no opinions): - You can check the buying/selling prices in every moment in an EL-services bot, by example: /LightPresent inv. That prices are updated on the fly by the bots server so they are always exact. - The bots in EL-services are very clear in each trade. They tell the price are buying in the trade window before you accept the trade, so if you make a bad business in a trade and you are able to read, it's not bot's fault, it's your fault because you didn't check well the price. The bot doesn't scam nor shaft the customers. - Domino didn't PM me before posting this dispute. I've solved some complaints from customers because they PMed me in a friendly way. By example: "Oh, by mistake I sold some serpent stones to EL_Cid. I wanted to sell to LightPresent because is the best price in EL, but EL_Cid buys cheaper. Can you give me the extra gc?". My opinion: - A customer service keeps the customers happy if the customers make the complaints in that service. If the customer damages the company's reputation in the newspapers or social networks without making a complaint in the customer service, is clear for me that customer doesn't want the 8100 gc. He prefers damaging the reputation, so the customers buy in another company. I was logged on when all this happened and Domino didn't PM me telling the "problem" like an usual customer would do. - Changing prices in the bot according the prices in the market for me is not a mistake. Is my duty as bot owner, so I don't apologize for doing my duty. In this case, the customer damaged my reputation before making a complaint or asking back the money and lost any reason he could to have for recovering the money. By the way, if you are so interested in making the bots more friendly for the user, check this bot: http://www.eternal-lands.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=60095
  20. Beware when trading with LightPresent

My bots handle every transaction like every bot in EL, but I set myself the prices in the bots like every bot owner. If I change an item's price because the law of supply and demand I'm not shafting the customers: the bot tells the price in every trade so shafting a customer (at least in the bot server my bots have) who can read is impossible. Domino can read? Koddy insinuated I have a macro for changing the prices in my bots automatically. Lazy people think being a good bot owner is buying a bot, setting the items and prices once and leave it untended for weeks or months. Doing that, the bot won't be very sucessful. If an owner checks prices in the market and changes them in his/her bot often, the competitors say that owner is cheating, using macros for changing the prices faster, shafting the customers or something like that. No, I don't use macros, don't cheat and don't shaft the customers. Sorry if I work hard for keeping my bots in the top. Don't look for excuses if I sell and you don't, it's just hard work.
  21. Beware when trading with LightPresent

I don't use macros in my chars or bots. I've been playing EL for years and never was banned for that or another reason. Please, don't make false accusations, and if you think it's true, provide real proofs in your post. This forum is moderated, so don't confuse it with another unmoderated forum where insulting, posting fake screenshots and making false accusations against another players is usual.
  22. For your information, I'm owner of "Susje" character in Eternal Lands. There is a person impersonating me in the "Unofficial EL Foramz" with the forum account "Susje". It seems the admin or admins in that forum actually don't check the identity ingame, so you can't be sure a forum name matches with the charname in EL. The "Susje" forum account in that forum was created by a person who is NOT "Susje" character in Eternal Lands. I've telled this to all the admin accounts in that forum and I'm waiting the admin/admins check it and ban the impersonator. Until that happens, I'm not responsible of any post that person impersonating me.
  23. I think a guy impersonating me, insulting another players and posting nasty images is not a laughing matter, in my humble opinion...
  24. Expiring bots, November 2014

EL_Cid, Eternal_Trader and LightPresent fees paid. Check the payment in your e-mail. By the way, I'm the owner of LightPresent, not darkpresent (it was a previous owner). Please change the info
  25. Beware when trading with LightPresent

Many years passed from that ban, but i'm pretty sure you banned me (not an alt) and you don't gave me another option. I bought dung after that, but in another bots and later started to harvest it (tough slowly). Maybe tomorrow I dive in my logs to find that convo. I don't know if I have it yet. The only thing I want to say is: we are not perfect. We make mistakes everyday. If I had ban Domino this post would be "Susje is a bad man, he banned me without a reason". If had cancel the trade "Susje is bad, he cancelled my trade without a reason". If had stop buying CF "Why that evil Susje is not buying CF anymore?". Always there is people with a reason to criticize you, whatever you do, right or wrong
