voted 'no' i fear, the game balance can get a damage by people building special toons for the needs.. can make harvest alts with high emu, nexus only for harvest all, an alt to mix low to med level stuff and a fighter with all negative perks that would keep him away from harvesting, trading with NPC, mixing... without spending pps on nexus needed to mix or harvest atm, you can have alts too, special too, but you need to trade with comunity. ofc i would be happy to have one toon sitting and harvesting, while my main is around for quests or on hunt or such but i would be more bussy with my alts i fear, and communication with others would get down... later it could affect the market too, in a bad way...ok, my thoughts

Oh, and we also have quests where you must look for clues, carefully read NPC stories, and use your brain." guess where i found this quote ok, for me, i 'hate' to read tons of text special since english is my 2nd language and some is written between the lines.... one thing that realy would help to have more fun is a translation.... even with a dict. its not allways possible to figure the exact meaning if a NPC is marked or not, that wouldn't help me much...so these special sites with a quest wakthrough are sometimes the only way to figure out the next step for me...then i get this 'ahhhhh, that he means' and to be honest, after doing lots of reading in RL job, well...its not that fun to read a lot about a father that has a son which has a friend that has a friend which has a father that has a wife and she wants a flower or a potion or both or just gc ?... ok j/k , only my thoughts

sorry circe for to bring your guild into this thread... was a wrong information from a info-bot i guess... sorry again.. hmm, ok...calsonic, for the bots are guild bots, and LLL never will support such behavior in game.. was your last trade on princess_legend. i know you find ppl to help you getting around the bot bans, but its just to make a statement... cause there is no other way to make a statement for a non PK guild. my post was just a try to get ppl together, but i see you want to play in your own little community

hmm....for a reason in the past, PKG guild is banned from LLL guild bots since about 3-4 years or so... but how can you trade with our bots if you still are in PKG calsonic ? i have the same, and yes it can be frustrating...ok how i do it: wait till they are out of trees... only click on the small creature when im close to it and it sits down... and try to guess which direction it will run next btw thats a reason why i leveled up my ranging skill today i use a bow and hold alt-key while i shoot...no more running after it then

time out can be usefull... when you fall asleep, your partner jumps in and talks or wants better things , a fire breaks out, you suddently feel real bad and haste to outhouse , or all the other stuff happening while you are in arena ...

well, you still need bot code for the trading procedure... and this code has to be implemented into the client if you want afk trading and you have to be close to sto for trading...or just trade small amounts out of inv... not to think of the new ways of scamming...just remember how long it took to make the bot code nearly scamm-free but, we allready have lots of bots for 24/7 trading and for bot interface..well, just pm the bot with #help and there it is

for me it was a welcome change to normal EL life, ty for it and i hope we get more in future... was only sad that i was broke and had not enough arrows for the dragons final some have been wondering that chimes came on map before the 'higher come now' message, but i think you wrote the script before the #day was on...no problem for me, i dis and beam when i saw the first ACW so all in all you did a great job maxine, ty again and for the map i was on, all high a/d fighters have been fair and let the lower level ppl fight the first mobs

sometimes i have it too..type #update_status, for me its the custom updates that slows me down, when they are finished all is back to 23% CPU load hope it helps

well, a bot ban is a signal... the owner , or the guild doesn't want to support ppl who behave against what they understand as community rules... and its the only form to do such statement.... and yes geoffrey, its a problem that banned ppl find friends who support them, for me i can say, its not easy to find such supporting ppl... and if they didn't do anything bad, why ban them too ? (same with anti perk...) for me and LLL guild as bot owners, i can say nope, it doesn't affect the tradings very much special when the bot is trading stuff needed for quests... im shure some of the 'bad' ones in game will just say 'bot ban...hahah..' or such but for us its just to make clear, hey we don't like how you play here... if you own a bot, you pay for it and can do anything allowed by the rules you can bann who ever you like, you can make prices as you want, you can trade what ever you want.. up to you. btw, you can loose more gc from making the wrong prices, selling wrong items or choosing wrong place then from banning ppl btw ok, only my thoughts

well, if my mind is still working, radu made EL for about 10 years of gameplay from new to max levels, that was before haidir... but what i see too is, some parts of the game got lost - invasions (we all know the reason) - a/d training (i got my last a/d levels from 90% haidir) ...and yes, i still can train, but why should i when there is an easy way EL is a bit different to what you can see on other mmo's it has a higher need to build teams... for fightings, for to solve quests, for mix huge ammounts of stuff... ofc if you want to play it only by your own, you might want to have all skills and knowledge quite fast... for me, well we have a nice guild, members who leveled up high different skills thats what EL is, if you not only PK, a team-play-game and yes, i want it too, i want max armor, max HP, i want to run all over the invances single melee dragons...haha, no....for that i have the small single player games after 3 years of playing i miss one thing here......bring back global invasions for the thrill ok, so have patience ....or lots of $$ to buy hydro for nexus... but hmmm, i agree with Aislinn....all the ones buying a high end toon.. this game is created to level up over the years and to have different classes of players, crafter, manuer, tailer, ranger, fighter.... ok, only my thoughts

hmmm, 1st question is...is the chance to find a stone a personel chance or is it global ? iirc, every harvest event some calculations are made if you find a stone... so without rising the amount of harvest events, how can you rise the chance to find a stone ? i think the cape has to double or tripple the big harvest events to give you a better chance to find something nice ... means also you would get more bags of gold and get hurt more often... so it doesn't need any high nexuses....lets handle such cape as a harvester medallion or so... better chance to find, but more damage also from MN

iirc, you need to melee or range them first before you use a combat spell... magic doesn't count for kill or quest counters... happend to me too, i first used spell and it didn't count... first attack, can be with bow too, then use magic but i can be wrong

we in LLL had 2 bigger projects so far 1st was 100 harvester meds in less then a month, 10 guildies and 12000 moon meds also 10 guildies helped, well that took us about 2 months was great fun

thank you all ok, so far we have an trivia event organized for ppl under OA 30, up to a mm cape to win a hide&seek event, for young rangers, max ranging 24 and max OA 80 1 shortbow plus 1000 training arrows to win a hide&seek for semi pro, all can take part 1 rosto, 1 binding-, 1 enrichment- and 1 serpentstone to win a hide&seek for pro, all can take part 1 CoL and 1 RDHoLaM to win carefull, the semi pro and pro seek event might lead into dangerous places, take care of to protect you ... some beside events, where members run around and you have to tagg (trade) them and win small to not so small prizes hope we bring you some entertainment, and see you friday

i found out for me, they last about 12k harvestables on an average...

about an year ago 1 NMT after , hmm, not shure 170 yetis...not 170k but gave it away hoping for another one...

hmm, im for removing the pin- 'feature' as it is atm too.. but for an other reason: if i pin a mob as it is now, the 'ranging-bug' can get me and i stay freezed when i forgott to bring combat-essies or summoning ings. and yes, it was in the past 'omg i killed a dragon'...now its 'i killed a dragon, poor drop ' but how to kill big mobs on single maps in future ? teamwork is nice, but on single maps you can only gather a team of healer around one big fighter i think. even on multi maps, teamwork is a nice but unrealistic dream...there will allways be one who takes the easy way to 'earn' a drop, well, or the fear for one to come along is allways back in the head... snares could help, a real chalange for ppl with slow ping as i have...now i can range mobs even with bad connection (poor me, mobile connection i have), but yes, better snares... place it, ttr, shoot...i think a snare with about 10-20 seconds freeze time would be nice... but again, its soo disappointing if you get a mob down to low hp and a bad one steals it away...i bet a few ppl will try it 1-2 times and then just leave it i was ranging dragons, giants on ground too, without pin, just takes time and its big fun, if no one comes along to steal the drop.... for the RD farming, how to bring in some more thrill, and add some 'guards' in the cave ? maybe some 'baby' dragons ? you can easy 'farm' the RD without pin btw...lure it to the place with the cart, ttr..shoot...ttr...shoot.. ofc you need some ranging level for this ok, only my thoughts

i checked again, and SDL_image.dll is in my 1.9.3 folder too so if you just install the file from here http://www.eternal-lands.com/page/download.php and then the patch all should be good... i deleted the old version before i installed the new one and all was ok win xp system here...
