  1. Sto sale

updated lists, will be in MM sto for rest of the trades please
  2. Free PK serv Characters

Hi, i have 2 characters that i am willing to give away for free to new players of the PK server. Please PM me if you would like to play on the server (if you have not before). I would ask that if you don't like the server to please return the character if you do not wish to play anymore, but i can't really control that. The two characters are noob, one is 30's, the other is like 20's, not very good, but better than a new one.
  3. Free PK serv Characters

gave both of them away, might get more sometime, will post here

  8. My build

tbh get your phys to 32, you can train all the way up to feros till about 120 def with a build just like that
  9. Att & Def Level's Difference

Having a higher defence than attack is a good thing when it comes to training. if you have higher def, your not getting hit as much so you take less damage, saving he/srs while allowing you to stay on the spawn for a longer period of time, getting more experience per hour and saving money while doing so. The only time you might want a more even number would be when you start to PK (assuming that you do), so you would want to switch to attack god to even up the gap a bit more then. EDIT: and also, you might want to look at my guide (link) for the time being until you start to train on desert chim and up. my guide starts from the very beginning of character making and ending to where korrode's guide starts. Either way, you wont be going the wrong way if you look one or the other, korrode is a pr0 guy and KNOWS the combat system, and somewhat an influence on my guide (more geared to being able to PK your own levels early, while still getting pr0 exp) :> (R.I.P. wWw, was best times in EL ^^.)
  10. Irilium Armor

ill buy 3 sets, incase one or two break, they shouldn't cost much right? Couple hundred gc?
  11. Low Level Power-Level Guide

Only perks that you can take are Power Hungry, Scotty Died, Antisocial and Skeptic. (Although if you feel like taking other perks to move past a monster, or even for nexus, be my guest. Also get Magic and Defense Gods as soon as possible. Can switch to Attack God once you move onto Armed Orcs Btw, feel free to get nexus for whatever you want at anytime, i would recommend a max of 2 inorganic for pure fighter (Can harv silver for HE, or iron for gc) and max of 7 Human (7 for dragon armor and bronze sword, 6 for great swords). 1. New Character, get 16 oa, get 8/8/8 p/c/i, and get 3 Human nexus (at anytime you can get 2 more Human nexus to wear a CoL or more depending on what armor you want to use). Train in Steel Chain and Aug bottoms with leather boots and steel shield with an iron helm before Female Orcs, but a CoL once you start Male Orcs. Or Steel plate or chain with Steel cuisses/greaves and steel shield, or preferably Titanium. 2. Go train on Rats in the IP rat cave until ~13 def or until you can safely move to wolves. should have ~4 pp at this time, get 4 reasoning. (8/8/8/4/8/4) 3. Train on Wolves in the south west part of nordcarn near the skf flag until ~21 def or until you can safely move to goblins. Should have ~8-12 pp at this time, put 4 in phys and 8 in cord. (12/16/8/4/8/4) 4. Train on Goblins in the votd cave or naralik until ~28 def or until you can safely move to Large Spiders. Should have ~8 pp at this time, get 20 cord, and 8 vit. (12/20/8/4/8/8) 5. Train on Large Spiders in the tarsengard spider cave (recommended) or naralik until ~37 def, or until you can safely move to Large Gargoyles. You should have ~12-16 pp at this time. Use 4 in phys, 4 in cord, 4 in reason, and 4 in inst if u have it. (16/24/12/4/8or12/8) 6. Train on Gargoyles for a very short time (preferably in the Zirankanbar Castle), just 4 oa levels, or until you can safely move to Female Orcs. With the 4 pp you just got, move onto Female Orcs after putting 4 in phys. (20/24/12/4/8/8) 7. train on Female Orcs in Votd Temple until ~45 def or until you can safely move to Male orcs, after getting 4 pp, add them into cord or instinct, your choice. i chose cord. (20/28/12/4/8/8) 8. Train on Male Orcs in the Glacmor Sewers until ~55 def or until you can safely move to Ogres, after getting 8 pp, add 4 cord, and 4 inst. (20/32/12/4/12/8) 9. Train on Male Ogres in Melinis 3x ogre spawn, or in Palon Vertas Blacksmith Cave (it is multi combat there, so if you feel like multi training, go for it) until ~70/75 def or until you can safely move to Armed Orcs (Male). Should have ~16 pp. put 4 in reason, 8 in vit, 4 in inst. (20/32/16/4/16/16) 10. Train on Armed Orcs in IotF where there is one male Armed Orc, and one female Armed Orc until ~80 def or until you can safely move to Cyclops. Should have ~8 PP. At this time, unless you want to skip cyclops and go straight to fluffies, i would take antisocial perk for 10 more PP. put 8 PP in phys, and 8 PP in coord and 2 into human (total of 5) for col and steel set (if you havent allready). If you dont want to take that perk then Alchemy is a great skill to get oa lvls and not use any nexus. (28/40/16/4/16/16) 11. Train on Cyclops in Egratia Point (with your attributes, you should be able to take at least 2 cyclops at once for great multi def exp) until ~85 def or until you can safely move to Fluffy Rabbits. Should have ~8 PP, put it all into coord, and you should be able to use a Ti Long on fluffies. Because the crit on cyclops are so high, you should be able to stay at a fluffy spawn quite a long time compared to Cyclops. (28/48/16/4/16/16) 12. A. (def training - recommended for faster leveling) Train on Fluffys at Carmien manor insides (south is probably one of the best single spawns) until ~90 def, or you can safely move onto Feros. You should have ~4 PP, put it into vitality so that you have more mana to restore, and you take less dmg, while not doing anymore. Feros are great for def training (i know people that have trained up to 120's def on them), so it would be a good time to switch to Def God for the extra 20%. Following this you will skip past desert chims. (28/48/16/4/16/20) . B. (atk training - recommended for a more balanced a/d) Train on Fluffys until 100 a/d, and move onto Desert Chims. At this time you should have ~12 PP, put all 12 into Phys, you will need them for the chims due to the fact that they deal a lot of damage. (40/48/16/4/16/16) That's where im at, let you know when i go higher Also, would like to note, at about Male Orcs, you have yourself a decent DPA 40's character

  18. people that train on feros (and damn near every other high lvl monster) have a hard time finding a spawn, and more aren't implemented, what makes ranging any different?
  19. SunriseCoder's Tank Building Guide

what i always wore was FR cape (great for healing health/mana when you have low emu from only phys and no coord), steel chain, aug pants, leather boots, and col, but ofc i had the nmt perk. i used that set-up up to ogres until i got steel set. but tbh bronze set would be ideal because it gives higher armor and lower accuracy meaning you'll have less of a chance to hit creating a higher a/d gap. i believe i was 32/69 a/d on ogres, with 24/36/12 p/i/v, evanescence, tinf, nmt perks, and full magic and def gods.
  20. SunriseCoder's Tank Building Guide

i'm sure there are other good spots but i only mentioned the spots that i found easiest with the most monsters. I did this build on the Pk server where spawns are always open, and got to 69 def in only 2 weeks of training. and iirc there are only 2 feros in nrm, unless ofc more have been added since i last played fully
  21. SunriseCoder's Tank Building Guide

You've got the general idea for a tank build, but right now, your pretty much doing it wrong. To start off don't add PP's in 2's or 1's... always have attributes in 4's ie. 4/8/12/16/20/24/28/32/36/40/44/48. If not, you cross attributes would never be even (add 1 PP into something and watch your cross attributes, they will not change, adding 2 will only raise them by 1, but 4 will raise them by 2 benefiting you the most.) Take your character for example. As of right now, you have 26 Phys, and your cross attributes are all 15. If you had 24 or 28, they would be even, benefiting you more. next, you have to much phys for your levels, and no instinct or vitality. Physique helps you absorb and DO more damage while raising your EMU and health, Instinct helps you dodge hits more, and vitality raises your mana and helps absorb more dmg. ================================================================================================= With that being said, it's much faster to flee train on monsters with high instinct and relatively low phys to start. I wouldnt recommend having anymore phys while your on a monster than you normally would with any other build, at least until trolls or ogres but still not recomended imo because of crit hits. I have made a couple def build chars and the fastest way i did this is: First off, Defence and Magic Gods are your friend, the earlier you get them the better. Also at any time if you wish to wear anything more than augs be my guest, but i wouldnt get any higher than 5 human (steel set and col) or 2 human, but once again its up to you. An easy way to get PP other than training def would be alchemy, which i recommend doing if you get bored with training, or simply for the oa levels. Perks that you should take: There is no fork, Evanescence. Once again, the sooner the better, but definetaly before ogres (dont NEED them for fem orcs, but it does help). An easy way to get PP other than training def would be alchemy, which i recommend doing if you get bored with training. 1. start new character, harvest vegies/train rats until you have a total of 20 OA, and dump them into instinct. (24 inst) 2. Continue getting oa's until you have 8 more pp and place them into phys, and start flee training wolves with augs on. (12/24 phys/inst) 3. at this point you can flee train wolves for quite a while, until you can move onto large spiders (TG magic school secret spider cave is best) and flee train them until you have 12 more PP, in which time i would place 8 into inst, and the other 4 in phys (16/32/4 phys/inst) 4. now you are ready for the fastest bit of your training, fem orcs (best place would be votd temple). Take some def pots with you just in case you get more than 1 or 2 of them on you, and watch teh exp fly. you should be able to get 12-16 PP easy while there, depending on how long you want to stay. Now place 8 of those PP into vitality, and 4 into phys. (20/32/12 phys/inst/vit) 5. here you should be around 45 def or so, depending on how long you stayed on fem orcs. Go train on trolls (best place is carmien manor where there is a 4x spawn, and multi them all day.) you should get 8-12 PP at this time, once again depending on how long you stay. place 4 into phys, and teh rest into instinct. (24/36/12 phys/inst/vit) 6. This is the easiest part, you should be around 55 def at this time, so head on to male ogres (best place is Palon Vertas blacksmith cave where it is multi) and train them past armed orcs and even cyclops if you wanted. You should have 16-20 PP at this time, dependent on how long you stayed. place 8PP into inst, 4 into phys, and 4 into vit. (28/44/16 phys/inst/vit) 7. Your around 70 or so def, so go to cyclops (best place would be egratia point where there are 6 of them on one map) and multi them if you have not trained past them while on ogres until ~80 def. Stay until you get 12 PP and move to fluffs (the only reason why i wouldnt stay longer is clops break a lot of armor, and crit like crazy, so not the best monster to def train on.) Put 4 pp into inst, and the other 8 into phys. (36/48/16 phys/inst/vit) 8. Now your around 80 def, go to fluffies and have fun with all the exp you see constantaly floating above your head (cave on your way to hydro has 2 fluffs, or the one in thelinor with 2, but you could also try getting one of the 2 in SKF on the inside or outside of manor, all of which are mutli.) should have ~8-12 PP, place all 8 into vit. (36/48/16 phys/inst/vit) 9. This is the best/most boring part... Move onto feros now that your ~95 def (best and really only place you should go is the feros cave in bethel, thats mutli and if your on at the right time, empty for ~8 hours.) Here you can/should train to 120's defence. i would tell you what to put the PP's into, but by now, you get the idea. It also wouldnt be a bad idea to start saving your PP for the transition (if you even want to), to a normal build and start getting atk exp. The idea of this build is to never hit (no coordination or reasoning) and always dodge (instinct), but always absorb the hits that you do take (physique and vitality), recieving the least amount of damage. There are other ways of making a tank build char, such as high coord/inst/vit (with that build you also hit so your a/d gap wont be as large) Hope this guide helps you build your char up more sunrise, and anyone else that maybe thought of doing one.
  22. character help

Well I was going to post the link to my guide but korrode seems to have already done that ^^ my guide is more geared to being able to multiple train on monsters and able to pk, at least in dpa early on, while korrode's is more towards training and using the least amount of he/srs/armor as possible. Either way if you follow either of these guides you won't have to worry about having to reset later on in the game. Hope that helped, you can pm me ingame if I'm on (names Chris) if u have anymore questions
