In the game, go to Settings -> Troubleshoot -> Uncheck the box next to "Shadow Bug" If that fixes the white character, then type #save in to chat and press enter, afterwards it should save those settings for the next time you log on If that doesn't solve your issue, someone with more experience will have to assist you. (I don't know much)

Today, I made my daughter a character and let her explore IP. Shortly later, I walked by to check on her, and I noticed a copy of her character standing at the beam, while she was near the docks. (I don't believe characters render that far, which is also odd) Here is a screenshot of the duplicate far away: https://ibb.co/F3LxG21 I walked to the duplicate character to investigate: https://ibb.co/wpk0pHM When I "looked" at the duplicate, it said "You see: Nickle", but with my daughter's character image and name: https://ibb.co/CbpfxnG As far as I know, she never left IP, or entered any buildings. She was alone maybe 3-5 minutes. I am not sure if the bug persists after a relog or map change, as the character who was a duplicate was gone completely from their location when I did relog to check. I would of posted screenshots inside the post itself but they were corrupted when I tried, all images are corrupted on this site at the moment for me it seems. This is all I know.

Running in the game is pretty awesome. It's also useful, and just feels nice, honestly. But I was thinking... ( & that's usually never good) Keep the speed hax potions & other running related items in the game now, as they are. Don't touch them, at all. Please. BUT... Allow running for everyone, as a basic thing we can do without potions, spells, items, etc. AND... have it active only for a certain amount of steps, then it needs to be recharge with +food level AND SITTING! maybe keep track of when you can run again and your steps left again by a resting level increase steps via an attribute, maybe? Back to the current items.. I say don't touch them, but do make it where you wont use food when running if haxed AND rested? once you're not rested anymore, you cant run (unless you're haxed, then you use food as normal) you can't run again until the rested bar is completely full so once your rest bar empties, you start to use food again if you're haxed already requiring the sitting would prevent people from just running non-stop, we have hax for this. I say this because 1. running is awesome 2. if a newbie was able to run from the start, they'd get around a lot more, and perhaps enjoy the game more. 3. running is useful there may be a lot of loopholes in my idea, please shoot me down nicely

Fair points there. However, it's not near as complicated as it sounds, especially compared to what's already in EL. Perhaps horse whistle sales would go down, because essentially this is a permanent rechargeable horse whistle, with not near as many steps. Although this toggle would be useful for people who don't really know what they are &/or cant afford horse whistles.

I think you may of misunderstood what I meant. You'd only have to sit and wait to refill the rest bar. If you don't like having to sit and and wait for the rest bar to refill over time, then use speed hax. Not having a full rest bar shouldn't affect haxed running, so I don't understand how this could make it worse. - I'll try to explain better I want all current running related items to remain the same and unchanged, it's fine how it is now. However, I'm suggesting we add a basic running option for everyone from the very beginning, and do so using a rest bar that I suggested. The running being forced to stop would be only for the rest bar. If you're haxed and rested, i simply wanted the game to use the rest bar instead of food, until the rest bar was empty, then the game starts using food instead (smoothly, no stopping). If you're not haxed, and your rest bar empties, yeah you are forced to stop running, or use hax.. Seems fair to me. If it doesn't make sense then just let the hax use food and the rest bar? Idk that sounds bad to me

So reseting my modem didnt work. Ill just be patient and wait, my mobile data still works luckily. My wife says she forgot her password and had to try 5-6 times until one worked, perhaps that triggered the ip ban?

None of my characters are locked (can still log in on android app using mobile data) Ill try to reset my modem.

I really like this suggestion. It adds more variety to the game, and may bring some people back just to try it out. It doesn't look too troublesome to add to the game, (from a non-programmer perspective), so assuming it's new content that can easily be released, I don't see why not give it a further look.

I noticed that certain spells now have a timer on them, and I got to thinking, wouldn't it be nice to have a timer hover over a dead naturally spawning creature? I am aware this wont work for a select few creatures. Maybe have an option in settings to toggle it on and off. Its not exactly NEEDED, but I do know for haidir, or even training in combat skills, it would be useful. What do you guys think?

When you're in the game, type #change_pass "old password" "new password" Old password in quotations is where you need to type your current password, with out quotation marks. New password in quotations is where you need to type the new password you want, without quotation marks. Please be sure to check for typos and try to go into spot where your character is alone, so if any typos occur, your old password will not appear in local chat.

Send a forum PM to Entropy, or PM radu in-game. Be sure to have some type of proof that you are the previous owner. (previous passwords for that character, for example). There is also a charge of real life $ for the recovery, you will need to speak to radu about that.
