I think the main reason newbies leave is because they don't make friends that fast. I remember if i hadnt of made all the EL friends i have now i woulda quit. Almost everyone knows EL is addicting but tell me this, when you think of EL what do you see? Other people! Your not the only one on EL and imo newbies leave because of lack of attention. Not that they think they'll ever be pro, if anything thats a goal to try to pass. I dont think a character whipe is the right action for this. Adopt a Newbie! Well everyone else had an idea i guess i do to. How about a second main server with a new everything, the cost of what a npc sells is cut in half and what he buys is doubled. No bots. Everything is the same except it would take less time to make gc and more time to have fun. Everyone starts new too and it should cost a 'X' amount of USD. Id play it if i had a paypal.

Character wipe wouldn't change a thing, pros would be in 50-60's in a week, probably. And newbies(like me) would be even farther in the hole, stuck at 16 a/d. The only thing i see here is half of EL gone.

I like the #day thing too. So then instead of a cape that cost 3mill gc (probably) a fighter can wait for the day, and even when the day happens newbies can use it to.

im not trying to hide anything. besides i didnt do that i hadnt used rio since it was fixed, my bro had been using him while i was away at my camp..but i know to take actions for giving pass away -.- i just want a new char cause im tired of using rio and he is locked. i havnt broken any rules since i was un-banned and i just want a new cahr name on here cause im nver using rio again and would make everything much easier for me with selling things on market. i guess i can make a new forum account...i think.

Ok, since white stone is very big and lots of people are there I grue there a lot just randomly. So I was thinking it wouldnt be that hard to put another boat to 'blah' map maybe make it were you have to pay to go on it. If too complicated or dont like idea then ok np

Yes it is low but when i was below ignore level i had been killed 3 times atleast. But votd is only dangerous in the gob cave and temple. But ws dangerous for 3 hours out of 6. Anyway im not suggesting we remove the ws boat but only add another boat so people that dont have the 100+ fps dont lag out trying to get to dp,votd,nc, etc. Atm theres only one way out of ip and thats the biggest map and like i said dont remove ws boat but only add another. Preferably votd.

Yeah, DHT has a point. Newbies are likely to run into gargs exploring ws. Than running into a goblin walking around in votd unless they walked into the gob cave. Im starting to see another reason a votd boat needs to be on ip. :-)

Yes. The boat system is well thought out. I could agree on a votd boat. DP has enough boats already. And MM is far away, maybe put a MM boat in votd? Anyways DP has a lot of boats, votd is only one i can think of that might work.

I know this wasnt well planned. Im not talking about distances its about connection i havnt went one time on eternal lands without lagging out in white stone. I cant go to get sigils anymore because of my connection and i know im not the only one that has seen the grue. As for the new boat maybe votd could be a nice map? Is it possible to make the boat take a certain oa and a few gc to sail on to make it almost newb safe. And idk how but it could cause more exploring. Anyone need more info just post .
