In @6 I mentioned that "there needs to be nmt for mixers - reduces breakage of tools." I broke two alembics making less than 800 merc. Both while on good astro. It's not worth doing, especially if efe is 8k (or more). A cape or perk that would reduce the chance of tool breakage would definitely get me back out there making mercury.

Wow!! I checked when I woke up this morning! Holy Cow! I am going to look so pr0! :-P I had hoped to read all the chat in the events channel log, since I had that open, but I remembered this morning it's all done in main! :-( It would have been great to have been there.

Starts in an hour, I guess. I have to go to bed, so I won't be around. Wish there was a way to 'film' it. Half the fun is watching people try stuff on, and the anticipation as the next prize is called. I guess I'll just have to check the list in the morning. :-( Congrats on raising the money!

That was great fun! I really like the clues, vague, but still helpful. As for improvements, nothing makes a contest better like more prizes! I think I would just make something else that week. It's an interesting idea though, to perhaps have certain locations have a daily 'stock' of a harvestable. When they run out for that day, clicking on it gives you some cheeky comment like "Law of supply and demand: the supply is gone, I make the law, and I demand you look elsewhere". That way most ings would still be available, just harder to find...

I've never had this problem until suddenly today. With the sto/inv/manu windows open, it'll crash after maybe 15-20 seconds. It also crashes if only the manu window is open. I've never had this problem on my intel imac, running Jaguar, but on my intel macbook, running leopard, it does crash. Help!

perhaps i missed you saying it, but i didn't notice you call out the snakes until after you'd killed them all. i know others were hacking away at bobs, boy and girl armed gobs, armed skeletons and gargs without letting the rest of us know they were there, until i walked up on them. and there were PLENTY of them! point is, if ppl keep a group of beasts to themselves, of course the rest of us are going to be bored, unless we get lucky to come up on them. if you DID call them out before, sorry i missed it, because i would have loved to wade through a bunch of snakes. agreed. plenty of time to get your fight on. anyone who didn't get at least a handful of monsters just wasn't looking.
