Reason I voted no is I am already 179 overall and my attributes are still below what you would expect from someone 160 a/d. Now if we increase the attribute cape, it means I need to come up with 8 nexus removals or move around other attributes to just catch up to everyone else's 52/52 p/c. So no thank you

Yes but *only* if overall cap can be raised from 179 to 200. If not, then my vote is no.

You can look at it in two ways. There isn't exactly an abundance of mirror capes on the market so combining the mirror cape and NMT into something that makes mirror last longer can be a good thing.
But being able to use mirror without sacrificing NMT makes instances easier rather than more challenging and it is too powerful in my opinion.

IP.B has two ways of marking posts as read. in the database (probably disabled if your read threads are not staying marked as read) AND stored as a cookie. A quick google search says this is a bug in IP.B

My average M&P breakage rate in the last 499.7k potions is 333.8 potions per M&P. I am also skeptic.
The chance to break a M&P is believed to be 3/1000. 384 is better than the average.

Unless I am mistaken, the client would need to ask the server how much the item weighs, ask it how much free EMU you have, make a small calculation to see how much you can carry.
Does the client need to tell the server the output number and then server places that number in the 'buy' option? or can the client do the whole thing?

Collected gcs to buy 650 hydro bars + 1 nexus removal in 4 or 5 months of farming achims.
Before that was a 50k polished saphires project in 2010 (which meant harvesting 150k saphires and mixing 100k water essences).
There was also getting to 179 overall without taking negative perks (not even scotty died or power hungry).

So email abuse@unifiedlayer.com with contents of the emails and the email headers.
Except since the email is in german, it is very likely that the origin IP address is a compromised personal computer used to send email spam without the owner's knowledge.

Even if you report it to Microsoft, they won't do anything. What you can do is check the email headers and tell the originating IP address. Then do a whois check on that IP address and report it to it's ISP for abuse/spam.

Put several Red Dragons in there and make it multi-combat .... end of problem.
But then end-of-fun for many because of reacting to one greedy person.
That would be counter productive, Learner. Many have RD ignore level so putting many red dragons in the same cave just lowers the respawn waiting time

they have 500 HP. mana burning them and bringing them down to 490 is not a huge thing. Maybe if they had 25+ mana, that would be enough for one restore spell.

No, I don't have 6 skills 100+ other than harvesting and overall.
But the rationale is excluding harvesting from the formula makes sure that the people who get rewarded are not harvesting alts.

I would instead give no-minis to either
1) everyone
2) as a reward to people who finished all the tutorials (manu, potions, crafting, harvesting, etc..).
3) as a reward for people who have 6 skills (other than harvesting and overall) at 100+.

Don't wear anything worth more than 52k without carrying a rostogol. sure there is only 50% chance you will drop your CoL but it's still cheaper to lose rostogols. I don't even remember the last time I didn't have a rostogol on me even while safe in storage.

You can talk to radu about a password recovery. There is a 5USD fee because it is done manually after proving that the account is indeed yours.

There are still some combat possibilities in EL that are not yet explored.
So far we have the MLF that cannot be ranged.
We have that blue dragon that is 'intended' to be ranged.
We have the nenorocit that can only be killed with engineering explosive items.
I would like to suggest the following:
A monster around 170 a/d that is almost immune to all kinds of damage (physical/ranging/thermal/radio weapons, etc..). It can only be killed with harm spells. So imagine someone tanking a 170 a/d monster with mages around him or her harming the monster to death.
This gives mages a bigger role outside PK in EL and it makes them useful in invasions. It also offers more variety to what people can contribute to in invasions.
I have a few similar suggestions for more combat variations but lets see if this one makes sense.
