I would like a a/d cap for pk only. imo one of the main reasons is, many just do not want to train till 130s, 140s, 150s and get scared by the higher levels. I would wish an a/d cap for pk, which would make it so. if you are above the capped attack, it counts your attack as if it was at that cap. same for defense.

oh ye, very honorable.... let me tell you something which has happened in this eternal lands. www and turk were fighting in nca. I went there too, guild =hc=, and summoned arctic chims. a www(fancy) and a turk(ulubatli) died. turk browntagged =hc= for this(browntag means broding, scamming, bjing all allowed...) www took it as pk. as it was. pk, player killing. I'd say my arctics were pretty good at player killing. and for that turk started broding =hc=. very honorably of you, really.

with dragon mail(black or white) and magic protection spell, (total of 11 magic resistance) you hardly ever will get depleted by osomn.
