For the players who solely use #gm and do not use guild channel, messages from GIWS or mods can be missed due to being teh same color blue. Is there any reason why we couldnt make GIWS and mod messages a color that we dont use in console? -WiFi

I guess in USA its spelled colour, not color, so I found a few posts after I changed the search word. I also looked through 3 dozen pages of threads. But still thats different than what im suggesting. Is there anyone else out there who'd like to see GIWS and mod message font color changed? : /

Me too. Im back on the server. The players online list is small, so quite a few players got disconnected.

I do Xailiene everyday. I wouldnt pass on any task, and wouldnt use a harvest pass if we had them. I do Haidir everyday and i save lions and white tigers until a tzu rolls around to cash in double xp. I plan to buy passes from the shop soon. I go to Dorel and usually pass, except for a couple tasks ill follow thorough with. I go to Kaleb everyday to turn in 100 dung. I do Daritha if its easy like leather gloves or boots, but ill save any major tasks until a tzu comes. I dont have eng xp to make mines or gc to do Minel often, but want to do this daily in the future. I've nevev shifted into mule form, so i cant do the tatu quest, but in the future i plan to start doing some muling. -WiFi : )

You need to re-install an older driver for your card. if not, maybe you can do the system restore.

It's like everything else in EL. People sell cheaper so that they can make a sale. It's more about the number of books that will be out there for sale, and not about the number of people selling them. It's also about the individuals who make them, and what they feel like selling the book for. Even though there are very few who will be making these, there will be at least one person willing to sell cheaper than someone else.

I stopped at 30, and rec'd the pop up. So it is confirmed to be 30. Also, after I rec'd my xp and gc, Talon still gave me the "haidir sent me" option.

There's no question about the fact that you must get the popup messagage. Go back and try standing in that exact spot at 350.154 and pick a piece closest to you. Either way you have to get a popup before going back.

crtl+up arrow brings back all the pm's you just sent them. erase the body message of one of them. i use ctrl+up arrow all the time. maybe you can also use #aliases or user menus depending on what youre doing.

the dailys are great. i do the a/d, harvest and dung quests. im not sure what the 4th one is that ozmondious mentioned. and the fact that spawns can get serped by people who are wanting to do a daily just makes things more interesting and getting serped should only add some entertainment value to your training. why should everything in life be so easy? just like real life things arent always easy. im not sure id even have time to do a 4th daily, but id definately try, and i welcome the idea of adding more.

when the server came on, i was online for about 2 minutes and that was it. still not back up in eastern canada.

C2 is more to my liking than C1... even with C2 having more maps, if you worked out all the math, i do believe more people like C1 and stay in C1. when i first joined EL my guildies were quite often in C2 and i learned alot about C2 right away and spent most of my time there. im surprised that no one mentioned iscalrith storage. its always been my favorite sto. even after the trassian HE cave had everything taken out of it, the trassian/iscalrith dra syn/iscal city resources and mazes/secrets way around and close proximity of portals room without using essies. its mostly all inside too for those who worry about lenny. i dont mind a slightly longer walk for the seclusion it offers. south east C2 is very much unused and a hyperbag users paradise.

That's a good idea, because in theory you still have infinite resources, so no fine tunning is needed, but in practice you must work harder for them. this adds some excitement for ppl who keep large bags in hyperspace in remote locations, because they cannot jump up and move to a new spot that has a harvestable item. plus the whole idea of people going to remote locations for items is unfortunate for hyperspace baggers who run for items and leave bags unattended for minutes at a time. with more traffic in remote spots, it may be a better idea to haul to sto. allowing multiplay will make it easier on EL mods, and allow families and friends to play and trade in their homes on same ip. its totally against whats right, but itll make it easier, because its so widely undetected anyways, and such a regular ongoing problem.

hi, im looking for a laptop that will run EL... 1. can i run EL on a toshiba w/ intel T3400, 4gb ram, and GMA 4500M? 2. does anyone run EL on a laptop that has onboard video? 3. is an nvidia GeForce 8200M is a card that EL is compatible with? thanks!!

I had a simlar machine, same nVidia chip, I found over heating a problem, and the machine had to be sent back twice for new main board. Eternal lands ran fine on it, but over heating was an issue. each of the 3 questions i asked are about 3 different laptops.. you must be talking about question 3.... this laptop im mentioning in question 3 has a 2 gig amd processor, 2 gigs of ram, and the Geforce 8200M.. if itll run EL well ill grab it up... would your overheating be due to the video? or a different issue?

Video card: GeForce FX 5500/AGP/SSE Vendor ID: NVIDIA Corporation OpenGL Version: 2.1.2 -problems -fps problems in PL sto........ when theres alot of people in the PL sto, my fps drops to 3, 4, or 5 fps.. I dont have this problem at other highly populated sto's..... with or without eye candy/poorman, same result.
