Hi Grud, I had a similar thing happen to me with another player. I even had killed my first bunny (he said he was chasing it cross SKF) and really questioned it but did as you did and just left writting it down as an misunderstanding. I now know that player well and know he would not spawn serp. I can easly see how it can happen that two people think they are on a spawn when one fo them has just recently arived. Hope this helps. Either have a forum (wat outlaws was) where everyone can post what they think was 'not nice' and want others to know about, or delete it altogether (which I do not hope). If you start limiting what people are allowed to post there, THEN you start forcing an official opinion about what is outlaw and what's not, what is acceptable and what's not, what is 'part of the game' or not... oh wait, everything is. Thanks Molime for this comment. Is there now an official definition of what an outlaw is? The whole purpose of posting it in the first place is to see what others opinions are on the subject and to warn others about the player. Spawn serping, attacking pvpers, attacking FF, using BRODs are against the rules of many guilds for some reason. Seems to me that this behavior should be posted in the outlaws section in my opinion. This is a role playing game. If someone wants to play the role of an Outlaw then let them have the role but the person that was the victum should have the option of posting it and with out being called a whiner officialy by the game. Perhaps Outlaw behavior would now fit better in the General Chat Forums.

I would like to see the caps removed on DPa and other PKing areas. PKing is PKing and should be open to all in all areas. If they do not want to be sent to the underworld bye higher level players then they are forced to develop their characters fully rather than set at the TSed 40s level or stay out of the PKing areas.

I believe that PVPers should be left alone. Same with FF. But having said this you do enter a PKing area at your own risk. Posting the attack of a PVPer or a FF in the outlaws forum is saying to watch your back should this person be around, more than normal. Believe that it should be posted as more of a warning that anything else. Then again I do not attack, PVPers, FFers, Harvesters or naked people that happen to be exploring the map. I normally do not attack at all for I get in plenty of fights without it, normally from people a lot stronger then I am, might have to change that policy:)

Seems that Sleepyjoe is trying to follow the general unofficial rules of the game and design his guild rules in accordance. He did Bag Jump me once and then returned the items. While I was really pissed at him at the time I think he now is a decent fellow for just asking the question so that he knows. I say give him a chance to make up for the past and then put it in the past but I hear I am easy. That is if his guild follows the unofficial rules.

That is what summon stones are for to summon critters agaisnt your opponent during PKing. I do agree that there are a few very strong players that attack much weaker ones often or naked harvesters, kind of ruins the fun of the game when you are always being attacked by the same person.

I saw this guy bj the other day in the gypsum mine. I also did a gossip on tinytim and gossip has never heard of him instead of the being locked message. I have not heard of this joker till recently but did see this "dragon killer" in his iron suit during the last invasion. He is new but has knowledge of the game. I strongly suspect he is tinytim and just wants the attention. I do think it is important for regular postings on the guy when he does this so that we know he is regular at it. Never see him doing anything but stirring up trouble. Place him on your ignores list, red tag his guild and watch out for him should you see this LL around where you are harvesting might be the best till he does something to get him banned again, hopefully soon.
