Reality check. This is a game. This is not a grocery store, nor your local library. And hey, what happened to "everything in moderation"?! Having said that, I did vote yes. It is cute when a bot welcomes a guildie or close friend. Often I'm in "History" and don't see when someone comes along unless a bot or someone else greets them. Once I know they're there, then I can say hello to them as well. I'm not saying that's a good reason for bots to greet people, I'm just stating what I like about that aspect. In closing, I would say that in order to "moderate" what the bots say, couldn't they just be limited to how many times they are allowed to say it? Is it hard to code that in? (My two cents) Lyrendeile

It sure is much easier just typing in "@" than typing "#GM", especially when the guild converses as much as ours I hope this suggestion becomes a reality. Thank you all for suggesting it. Lyrendeile

Felt the need to say this quickly: One should NEVER make generalizations or statements without FULL knowledge, which we should not be presumptuous enough to do. I know many Iraqi's who do NOT hate Americans (and I'm as American as they come ). These people also do as much as they can to help everyone and are even engaged in environmental issues. Just because someone *thinks* they know some "fact", does not make it true. Research and know a topic first in depth before forming an opinion. Think and reflect: It is impossible for a man to learn what he thinks he already knows. I have not been playing as long as most of you. In my limited time in EL, the kindest, most helpful, and willfully donating to the EL community that I have found are: Ermbawed Sufi Hadassah Ice Sadly, the last three are no longer among us. But I would still never forget them. Ice was even in so many of the "top 50" lists. I don't know if he still is, but his accomplishments and dedication to the game were incredible. I think anyone who is on that list multiple times and productive to the EL environment should be congratulated as well. Have a wonderful day *smiles* Lyrendeile

Confused me a bit as it kind of contradicts the topic title. But I've always used the good ol' Serp, no matter how many new or better weapons come out. I meant that you should list only the weapons that you actually use.

Hello everyone According to the CEL website, there are now 98 weapons in the game. I was wondering how many of those weapons are actually in use and how often. Do NOT list the weapons that you like to use or those that you think are best. I'm not much of a fighter myself and so personally use the "bone" the most! So what do you use? Lyrendeile

We've added to our collection of computers. Brought home a new one yesterday, but it seems that for some reason, the Help screen is blank, with the exception of the List of Rules. I've tried uninstalling; uninstalling again and deleting all the folders; and reinstalling several times with no success. Any ideas anyone? P.S. *pouts* Stupid Vista!

I was under the impression that Vista didn't save the chat logs at all. Please tell me if I'm wrong? (I couldn't find them anywhere, either, and looked in EVERY folder possible)
