What makes you think someones ingame behavior has to be linked to their RL behavior? after all this game is a MMORPG, not everyone wants to play the "let's be friends and have a tea party" roll.

thick.. very thick skull you have. it's MEANT to be an oldschool PK map, not some bloody tea party where you and your buddies can go mix in an empty map with 1 second cooldown. clearly you cannot grasp the concept of OLDSCHOOL PK but if somehow you manage then you'll see why the map isn't there to satisfy all classes, as all classes weren't around in OLDSCHOOL PK.

Sigh, OLDSCHOOL PK MAP Lotus & Zephlix. There wasn't any rangers, mages, engineers back then.. That map is meant to be oldschool PK.. currently, it's not. Making the map the oldschool PK map it's supposed to be shouldn't be a problem.. and if it is it shouldn't be labeled the "oldshool PK" map.

Let me get this straight.. you made a survey of what you thought would attract players, then you advertised it in game where people who were already playing the PK server could vote? This doesn't make any sense to me. Wouldn't you want to be surveying people who don't play the PK server and asking them what would make the PK server more appealing?..

This would go hand in hand with gear restrictions. Would also be very nice being able to have a full restore without worrying about rationality.

DP, you can't hate someone for trying to brod you. especially when you've broded shitloads of people just for being in a guild that is brown tagged. Just because a community deems it so, doesn't mean it should be so. Look at the community rules etc, do you see any other successful games using community rules?

I have no interest in the game atm, but that doesn't mean I don't want to see it progress positively. I'd love for the day to come where I'll be able to come back to EL and actually have some fun, instead of the negative grind that made me leave. My first year on EL was fucking great, I loved this game. PK was exhilarating and fun (the thrill from PKing iron armor or a serp or anything tbh was amazing) but then some illogical changes (imo ofc) made the game highly unappealing for me and many other players. I'm not going to even bother replying to the other stuff w/market, Korrode's summed it up nicely.

We're not talking about in-game market bkc.

ProTip: Don't showboat around in channels and people won't be able to track & bomb you. There is no market for PK server stuff so I have no idea what rutul's revenues are there.

can i have some of what you're smoking pls? i won't even go into detail how unbalanced el's pvp system is and how this change would make it fubar'd. many things need to be changed before this would ever be considered (el has a bunch of weaponry that isn't used), incl but not limited to: rationality, attributes:armor:weaponry ratio, combat rolls etc.

and then again alts of friends etc can easily be used to get around. banning people via player names on bots is ineffective. Just friends. Alts would mean rule #5 breach. You can't trade with your alts, can you? uh... >.>

I don't possibly see why making such a command will take the mass amounts of time.. first time I've ever agreed with nathan here because it's logical and can't do any harm having some usefulness in game. You have #list_guild etc, what's the problem with #List_mod? and saying that it'd take too much time is utter bs.

Lol.. only people that can attempt to "afk train" in the way you're are on lower level mobs like ogre and such. and even then you need a CoL & enough armor to absorb the normal damage. Also, whenever I trained ogres (which I assume your current levels are around) I always had mass bags around me because of all the bones I didn't have emu for.
